The wall heaters are a mystery to operate. Even staff members do not know how to consistently work them. Thankfully, the staff always provides an additional efficient, portable heater as a backup.

I made reservation in October and requested a room with an elevator because my husband is disabled and struggles with stairs. A risk for falling. He stayed in the room most of the time because of that. I feel they should have moved others around for saftey.

Fantastic!

First time at this Hotel so was a bit hesitant. But they did not disappoint. Having the bedroom in the back was a bit unusual. Prior stays at other Hotels had them in the front room. But this actually worked out perfect for those late sleepers. The room was very clean. Nice and quiet too.

The parking is a bit tight. if you have a truck or SUV you'll be doing a 20 point turn to get out of your space.

View of the ocean, quiet, and everything one would expect in a middle-class motel (comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, chairs, small table).

Parking extremely tight. In fact, once we parked, we didn't want to take the car out for fear we would lose the parking spot. No elevator to the downstairs rooms, so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs and back up.

Marvelous service and clean facilities with great beach access.

Location was great for beach access, view of the oceans was great and steps leading right to the beach. There were some restaurants near by. continental breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and quiet, everything in the room worked well. Staff was very friendly.

Pillows were not soft and fluffy, but bed was alright and bedding was soft and clean, but everything else was besides the stiff pillows was fantastic in the room and the property.

The view from the room was perfect. We lingered in the morning because we wanted to enjoy the view for as long as we could. Staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable.

The view from our room was breathtaking! The staff was helpful and pleasant . The room was clean and well maintained. Direct access to the beach was AMAZING!

It would be nice to have a space to eat the continental breakfast. It was a bit difficult balancing breakfast items on a tray while traveling downstairs. However, it was a minor convenience compared to the amazing experience we had there!

Great View, Spacious room, beach access. Close to Casino. Nice pool, Gas Fireplace

Keys demagnetized due to being next to phone. Return from beach we were unable to enter the property. Luckily there a staff member that let us in. Need to have either a buzzer to ring the front desk, or change to RFID cards. Frig could be bigger. Flames in fire place with a bill on the small side.

ok place to stay

on the ocean

bedroom window face the parking lot and exterior walkway to all rooms. living room kitchenette have the ocean view. the pullout couch is not comfortable. the balconies overlook the ocean are only partially screened from immediate neighbors balconies. the hotel is immediate to the public access stair to the beach which makes it a more active and noisy area of the beach - lots of beach fires which can billow smoke into your room.
