Starfish Manor Oceanfront Hotel

Oceanfront, hot tub. Fireplace

The fireplace didn’t work

Jacuzzi tub was very nice and spacious. It stayed hot as long as we wanted to stay in it. The view was nice but because of the position of the tub you couldn't see the ocean from the couch or bed.

I would have rotated the position of the tub 90 degrees to capture the view. It would have been nice to have paper towels or napkins available for in room snacks. I appreciated having kleenex available.

Nice room, good customer service

The view was great the jacuzzi tub was nice. The room seemed clean.

The front desk lady was rude. And they double charged me for the room and then it evidently will take up to 5 days to refund me here in 2026 for some reason. They dont have air conditioning despite having a jacuzzi inside the room so it was very stuffy. They were remodeling and the rates did not reflect the fact that everything was torn apart throughout the hotel. Ice machine was missing etc. There was a strange list of rules stating things like if you leave "unnecessary" stains on linens they will charge you and i thought that was weird. There was also no beach access even tho its right on the beach. Its a great beginning to a vacation spot but was lacking in a number of ways that could easily be improved
