The room was very hot, there was no air-conditioning, and the windows would not open. Also, the housekeeping? was very rude and gave us a very hard time. Just a couple minutes after 11 AM as we were about to open the door and leave to check out, A staff member very rudely told us that it was 5 minutes after 11 and we need to check out. She could clearly see that the bags were at the door and we were about to leave, but continued to lecture us on this. Then when we walked down to the reception area, the person at the desk asked us if everything was OK and we said yes and then she said in a wired way is there anything that I need to know? Why would she ask us this question unless she was trying to further escalate the situation or she already knew something?…Very poor experience given the cost of the room. Never go back ever!!!!!!
