The staff was able to move us to the ground floor and into a room that was able to accommodate my husband's use to a walker.

As we ended up checking out within a couple hours of arriving, I would say absolutely nothing. We drove nearly 4 hours to stay where we had our honeymoon (it was lovely in 2017) and were not informed until we arrived that the pool was down. As the weather was going to be rainy, we planned on watching baseball and movies in our room. When the cable went down and there was no resolution, we made the decision to leave and go to another hotel nearby. So the short answer is we enjoyed nothing.

Fitted bottom sheet too small for king bed. Needs a complete zip-on mattress protector. Not all room lights worked. Fan in bathroom not working. Third floor hallway smells bad. No wash cloths.

This was a very welcoming hotel and a perfect spot to be close to the beach.

Personally, I was not happy hearing that the pool and hot tub were closed during my entire visit. The cleaning service was different than other hotels I've visited. Lastly the breakfast room was way too small for the amount of people at this hotel. Did not feel comfortable eating there, so breakfast was done somewhere else.

Wouldn’t stay again

Nice staff and was able to check in early.

Room had a strange pee like smell as well as in the stair area. The shower made a loud screeching noise when on with no way to stop it. Pool and hot tub were dirty. The lining at the bottom of the door was coming off and I was told that it just does that. Chain lock on the door was bent like someone had tried to break in the room at some point. Stayed here a year ago and it was fine so I’m not sure what happened within the year for it to be like this. Ended up checking out early

Very comfortable, clean, large comfortable room, separate sitting area, nice breakfast (included) Will certainly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

No reflection on this hotel at all, I’m sure it’s the same at every hotel anymore: It would be so nice to have a sign or notice to people that pajamas or bed clothes should not be warn in the breakfast or dining room. At one point possibly 80% of the people were in pajamas this morning. Guessing their ages at 16 - 75. It looks so dirty and unkept to be standing there in pajamas rubbing their eyes and making themselves a waffle.

Just where it’s located

Rude staff/management. Tv did not work the whole 2 nights we stayed and management said there’s nothing they can do about it. Very rude considering how much we are paying. Breakfast wasn’t that great.

The staff, they were not very accommodating when asked for a refund for one day cost for amenities. Front desk said they were unable to give refunds. They charge extra per day for amenities but the body wash was empty so I took a shower with no soap just water. Also, the hot tub was warm not hot and around tub the paint was peeling and looked like it had not been cleaned or maintained in a very long time.

Absolutely awful

I liked that I got to go home after 4 days!

Well well well where do I even begin! The hotel was not anything like the pictures or descriptions on the website!! The floors where completely filthy if we walked barefoot our feet where black! Our shower made this gosh awful screeching noise! Half of our lights did not work! You couldn’t see out the window it was so dirty! For breakfast there wasn’t a clean dish in site to use! So we didn’t eat while we were there! The pool was absolutely filthy and green! Our beds were so uncomfortable when you layed down you sank to the middle! When we asked the front desk if house keeping could change our sheets ( sand from the beach) they responded with we don’t do that here… Not to mention the 10 minute wait you would have waiting on someone to come to the front desk! And after we discussed our concerns with the place they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. When we checked in the maintenance guy walked up and interrupted as we where checking in saying that “he could not fix the door and to just tell people to lift the handle up and hope it locks” All and all our stay was very unpleasant I am so disappointed in this hotel and honestly baffled they are still in business!

Giant recluse spider by my kids bed I killed and room smelled like dog. Really noisy in hall and building looked in disrepair. Breakfast was measured out to each guest so not buffet style like most hotels.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the lobby by a lovely man. I don't remember his name but I believe he said he was originally from Morocco when I asked about his accent. He was very friendly throughout our entire stay, both when we walked through the lobby or spent time in the breakfast area. All other staff members were also kind, but we didn't come into contact with them as much. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Disgusting place

I can't find anything I really liked. The disappointment started before we got to the hotel. We got a confirmation message saying we were only booked from July 15 thru the 18th. That was the original booking. I had called to change the booking from the 15th to the 14th but they couldn't find the booking. When we arrived they found the booking and said there would be no problems.

On July 15th, my granddaughter opened the feezer, and there was a Dairy Queen cup in there. Also, there was so much ice in the freezer that we couldn't have gotten food in there had we wanted. Next, the fridge. In the bottom drawer, it looked like milk was split, and there was some kind of plant seed in there. The window sill was covered in what looked like coffee grounds. Pictures were taken My husband had dropped his earbud and looked under the bed for it. It was very dirty, including french fries. I showed pictures to the front desk, and they asked if i wanted it cleaned. I said yes, and i wanted it cleaned. Later that day, they called to ask if I was i leaving that day because my booking was only until the 15th. I explained again that we were there till the 18th. She then asked again if we wanted the room cleaned. It appeared they had moved the items from the fridge freezer and cleaned up the window area. Nothing else in the room was cleaned. That evening, i tried to take a shower. All of the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were empty. I asked twice for them to be filled, they never were. The hot tub was disgusting. There were so many foamy dirty bubbles in it i wouldn't let my granddaughter use it. The paint on the pool area floor was pealing off. When you left the area back to the hotel, there were blue flakes on the hall floor. We didnt eat breakfast, was not sure about the cleanliness. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. DISGUSTING IS HOW IBWOULD DESCRIBE IT ATBITS BEST.

It was great friendly caring staff

I loved how it was clean and the man at the front desk was so nice to us. He was so welcoming to my family and my last regular place sea horse ocean front was rude to my kids and was babbling about not letting my kids put things in the toilet or I’ll be charged, so it was nice to for us to be welcomed and not grilled or told how to make our kids behave.

They stay was very nice. Great customer service. They were kind and patient. Kids loved the Pool!

Bed was comfy, but extremely squishy and bouncy. Bed Frame does not stay against the wall as it is not attached to the headboard, and wheels were not locked, so rolled easily. Sheets and Blankets were clean. Breakfast was decent. Wasn't sure how to get the hot breakfast come the weekend, maybe add a sign or give instructions how to request the hot breakfast

The counters, and top of Mini Fridge, Microwave, and Coffee were dusty. Cob webs near the outlet of the AC unit. Windows could use a vacuum out. Maybe add a pen and survey card to the rooms?

I liked that there was a Starbucks very close. And the staff was fantastic. Breakfast options were good too.

The hot tub was not hot but felt like a warm bath. The blue paint in the pool area was coming off and sticking to our feet. The furniture is very outdated in the room and dirty. The beds are way too soft and painful to sleep on. The hallways looked dirty even after the robot vacuum went through them. Breakfast layout was not efficient.
