My favorite was the bed! It was so comfy!

The pressure of the water in the shower.

The location was awesome, great breakfast options a friendly staff.

Ants!!! There were ants in my room and ants in the common area where breakfast was served. The elevator was down so walking three flights of stairs sucked but I loved everything else.

The room was clean and nice.

No soap in the shower. Couldn't get the TV to work. Breakfast was just ok, not much of a variety. No cookies!

I’ve stayed twice in the last year 1st time pool was closed this time the pool heating was not working. The pool and hot tub are one of the things we like to do. Plus it would be nice if they were open later than 10pm.

The room was nicely put together, and it was mostly clean except for some hair in the bathtub and a left behind toy in the corner of the shower.

There was hair in the bathtub and a toy left behind making it as though cleanliness was not very thorough. The hot tub was at best, bath water warm, not hot tub warm. And lastly, not at least offering a discount for the inconvenience of having our sink clogged (which happened unbeknownst to us, overnight. Pic is included of what we woke up to). Instead, the front desk just asked if the maintenance man had come and fixed it and told us to have a good day. Maintenance did however fix it, but we were unable to use it for the time we were getting ready before leaving and I had 3 teenage girls in the room with me. The next room connected to our sink had an issue as well with their sink, so maintenance was running between both rooms. I was told the night before that one of the rooms were closed due to a flood. Later found out that it was a third-floor room that flooded and trailed to two rooms on the second floor and two more on the first floor which is where we were. I feel like there might be a bigger issue happening within the pipes of this hotel, unfortunately.

Location was good right off of 101. There was a Starbucks next door and the casino was less than a 5 minute drive away. There was a free shuttle for the casino. Room was as described we did a family suite with 3 beds. The person who checked us in was very friendly and informative. The person who served breakfast was also very friendly and attentive.

A bit dated and not the cleanest. Hallway carpet was very dirty and smelled old. Windows were open when we went into the room and when we turned on the heater it smelled dusty. Beds were made but you could tell there were remnants of pet hair on some of the linens (yes it’s a dog friendly hotel). Lots of the metal pieces were oxidizing.
