It’s ok for a one night stay-won’t be back.

Walking distance to many restaurants. Beach access is a little walk. From the 3rd floor you get a little view of the ocean which was nice. They allow dogs which was a plus for us!

They have hot breakfast but if you want any you’d better get there early!! They don’t restock stuff so once it’s gone-it’s gone. The choices are pretty slim too. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything goin on in the next room. The rooms with a balcony overlook a parking lot-it’s loud. Not relaxing at all.

Wedding Anniversary Blues

The young lady working the night desk was very helpful despite how busy it was. The room was big and the patio had a nice view. They had really expensive goat milk soap. There weren't rats or mice that I saw.

You have to sign a waver first thing at check in and have a $50 deposit for the room that wasn't mentioned before booking. The bed was hard as a rock and squeaky as heck, there was hair in the sheets, something (I assume a bug) bit my rear and now I have a painful big red lump, the room itsself smelt bad, parts of the corner of walls are missing, the ceiling had visible patch work. In the bathroom the shower curtains were stained and the TP is only one ply. The pool/spa was even worse! The steps and walls of the pool and hot tub had a slippery green slime (algae or mold?) And so did the entier wall by the shower you're supposed to rinse in, the sauna is broken, there was rust on the doors, floors, and walls in areas. I spent my anniversary night crying and restless.

The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits and sausage links were not edible and rock solid.. beagles were also stale.

No fruit out for breakfast. Breakfast didn’t taste right. I did not feel comfortable giving my toddler that food.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The place e was close to everything needed.

The hot tub room could use a little more work but it was ok. Sauna was not working a bit disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It felt modern and up to date.

The room was very clean except for a few areas in the bathroom. The toilet had not been properly cleaned. There were excrement left in the toilet. The shower had a pink bacterial ring around the drain. There was a partially used shampoo sample left on the counter. While showering, the drain plate came off of the tub. Lastly, there was no plastic bag in the ice bucket.

Amazing little hotel.

Stunning room and facilities. Pool was amazing. Everything was very clean and cozy. And I was so happy they had laundry on sight.

Only thing was they did not have enough change for quarters for the laundry. But was easy enough to fix by running down the road to the grocery store.

It is run down. Looks good outside but once you get in the furniture it worn and overall needs an update. The back of the building where the parking lot is needs work as well. If I had seen this before I wouldn’t have booked a stay.

Our room that we stayed in 1st floor was a little dirty. The carpet smells like pee. I understand that the room we have was with pets. Maybe just needed extra cleaning that’s all.

Nice view, spacious room.

We like the room location and size. We also liked the living room area and the balcony. My fiance liked the shower curtain...lol. There was ample hot water. Overall, we liked the room.

Not that we didn't like it, but we felt the TV needed to be up higher. It was difficult to lay in bed and watch TV. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Thin walls with disrespectful tenants

We were disturbed by the noisy people above our room starting at 10:00 pm and again at 6:30 am. When I reached for the phone to call the front desk to file a complaint, I quickly learned that the phone didn’t work. Both ends were plugged in, but no dial tone.

Very disappointed with the hotel.

The keys don’t work most of the time, the breakfast wasn’t good (it was the same thing everyday and the staff was very slow at getting food out and left things empty for a long time even when it wasn’t busy. They talked a lot to each other rather than doing their job) our bathroom floor was dirty, tv’s didn’t work the first night and the hot tub didn’t work half the time. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Not far from beach or casino

Parking was cramped, there was damage to our screen door , artwork in room had shifted in frame, carpeting ledge under small fridge was separating from ledge, small fridge was tipsy, even though we were in 3rd floor, we had to close our patio door because someone was smoking either next to us or under us on the patio… yuck!!! We let front desk know within an hour of check in that we found some small areas of damage so we wouldn’t get charged at the end. We were told they would add notes to our room

Quick weekend getaway to the coast

Location was near the beach, but we really couldn't see the water from the 2nd floor balcony. Staff was really helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful

The bed was too hard for both of us--it felt like sleeping on a board. It gave me a backache both nights. The breakfast could have more healthy options like fresh fruit. I believe the 3rd floor has an ocean view but not the other floors so I wish we would have known that and been able to request it.

Conveniently located. Great room …we had a family suite and it was perfect for 3 women traveling together. Each had our own bed and a sitting area for happy hour and chatting. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Chris was the best and gets 3 Gold Stars!

Breakfast needed fruit and weekend staff needed to keep up on muffins and things. The toaster set up needs to be improved. If both toasters were in use it would trip the electricity and nothing would work. The housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired and did not clean our room when asked but when we called down about it, someone (Chris) came right away and met our needs. Management is in the process of hiring a new team and I’m sure they will get it handled.
