We liked this Inn & will most likely stay here again.

That there was an elevator & breakfast included with the room. The beds were comfortable & the place was very quiet.

There were no dressers to put your clothes into. Had to leave them in the suitcase. The bathroom could have used an antibacterial hand soap.

Nice view, spacious room.

We like the room location and size. We also liked the living room area and the balcony. My fiance liked the shower curtain...lol. There was ample hot water. Overall, we liked the room.

Not that we didn't like it, but we felt the TV needed to be up higher. It was difficult to lay in bed and watch TV. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Thin walls with disrespectful tenants

We were disturbed by the noisy people above our room starting at 10:00 pm and again at 6:30 am. When I reached for the phone to call the front desk to file a complaint, I quickly learned that the phone didn’t work. Both ends were plugged in, but no dial tone.

Weekend getaway

Very disappointed with the hotel.

The keys don’t work most of the time, the breakfast wasn’t good (it was the same thing everyday and the staff was very slow at getting food out and left things empty for a long time even when it wasn’t busy. They talked a lot to each other rather than doing their job) our bathroom floor was dirty, tv’s didn’t work the first night and the hot tub didn’t work half the time. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Not far from beach or casino

Parking was cramped, there was damage to our screen door , artwork in room had shifted in frame, carpeting ledge under small fridge was separating from ledge, small fridge was tipsy, even though we were in 3rd floor, we had to close our patio door because someone was smoking either next to us or under us on the patio… yuck!!! We let front desk know within an hour of check in that we found some small areas of damage so we wouldn’t get charged at the end. We were told they would add notes to our room

Quick weekend getaway to the coast

Location was near the beach, but we really couldn't see the water from the 2nd floor balcony. Staff was really helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful

The bed was too hard for both of us--it felt like sleeping on a board. It gave me a backache both nights. The breakfast could have more healthy options like fresh fruit. I believe the 3rd floor has an ocean view but not the other floors so I wish we would have known that and been able to request it.

Conveniently located. Great room …we had a family suite and it was perfect for 3 women traveling together. Each had our own bed and a sitting area for happy hour and chatting. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Chris was the best and gets 3 Gold Stars!

Breakfast needed fruit and weekend staff needed to keep up on muffins and things. The toaster set up needs to be improved. If both toasters were in use it would trip the electricity and nothing would work. The housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired and did not clean our room when asked but when we called down about it, someone (Chris) came right away and met our needs. Management is in the process of hiring a new team and I’m sure they will get it handled.

Location.

Breakfast was poorly set up. Coffee and tea station was not maintained. Tables not cleaned. Guests using the pool were tracking water all over the lobby. The elevator floor was covered with water and was dirty. I wanted to let the front desk know, but he was outside smoking again.

Good stay! Couldve been better...

3rd floor view of the ocean, room was quaint and well kept, had a mostly private balcony, electric fireplace, bathroom was clean and spacious. To me the bed was very comfy, my husband didn't like it as much though. One staff member in particular, Greg, was extremely polite and seemed happy to help when he could. It does have a pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

Even though breakfast was included, it honestly wasnt very good, and options were limited. The pool house, which includes the sauna, hot tub, and fitness center, seemed like it needed some maintainence. Fitness center was quite limited. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, we could really hear anyone anytime they closed (slammed) a door, or kids running down the hallway. The screen door in our hotel was ripped along the bottom, and there was no actual AC, just a plug in fan. We kept the sliding door open most of our stay to keep it cool in our room.

I felt like we were at a motel 8, not the nice hotel that was described online.

I liked the price and central location for the activities we had planned.

First, the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the second floor having to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The pool said it opened at 8am and then when we get there there was a sign on the door that said 9am. Since check out was 11 we didn’t get to get our hour of swim time in before leaving. The room had not been wiped down. When I went to plug my phone charger in after just getting into the room my hand slid on some greasy substance. There were spots of something on the shelf underneath the night table. The greasy substance was also on the phone. The beds were hard and pillows were so limp and soft it was hard to sleep.

Friendly Staff, Wonderful cleaning crew, Comfortable place to stay!

The breakfast is so good and delicious. This is the second time my caregiver and I have stayed at this place. I discovered another reason I love this place, I lost my keys to room (Thankfully my caregiver had the other one.) When we went to check out. I am not certain if it was the cleaning crew or other friendly vacationers that stayed there. Whoever it was, they were very truthful and kind to return to the front desk for me!! Thank you. The room was nice, comfortable set up and clean, they do great work, no complaints. I loved the side tables, and the two comfortable chair you could choose to sit on to read a book or play games on your phone. I Loved that the TV was huge plus they had a DVD player to watch movies. You can bring your own movies to watch or borrow a movie or two from the place. They have a wonderful selection of movies for all ages! This time they had soap to wash hands did not have to buy your own, shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the restroom. The cleanliness was above and beyond! We were first on the third floor, we did not realize to ask for a room with a balcony. We went to front desk, at no extra charge we were able to get a room with a balcony! I love the new chairs they have for the balcony, the other ones were easy to sit in, but very hard to get out of, the new ones are perfect size! Oh the parking lot is flat, and not on a huge hill like some of the other places have which is a huge plus for us.

Not to much of a downside about the place. Though the beds were squeaky to get in and out of. I recommend bringing earbuds, if you are sensitive to sounds, if you have a room with more then one bed to not hear the squeakiness. Another good reason to bring ear buds to listen to music or ear plugs. Sometimes it sounds like people are moving furniture in the floor above, or going for a walk every time I woke up. Having ear buds or ear plugs will help with that issue. Loved the place to much that did not bother us to go back a second time! I can't wait to go back again!

The evening clerk Chris was just awesome. Forgot my earplugs and called down and he was happy to get me some. He was just always pleasant and happy to help.

It was kind of dirty and the shampoos were bolted to the wall. The pool was more like a hot tub. It wasn't the worst place but it wasn't the best either.. especially for what we paid for the rooms.

The older gentleman that was at the front counter was very pleasant when we checked out.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill, tried to check in in the evening, no one at the front counter, waited for about 15 min till anyone showed up. Went to the pool, no towels, went back in to ask for towels, had to wait again until someone showed up. The breakfast wasn't great, very little selection.
