Dirty Hot Tub and spiders ruined our stay.

Loved how quiet and cozy the room was. Was a good location to beaches and town. The bed was very soft. The front desk was polite.

We got Hot Tub room #10 for 2 nights and the tub was very dirty by jets with floating white chunks and spiders comming up the drains in soaking tub and shower drains. Ruined our stay sense that's the #1 reason we chose this type of room. Sad we missed the experience,didnt get our moneys worth for the specific room. Room had no refrigerator just a very tiny cooler, no left overs would fit,and ice melted fast. No microwave to heat food either.

Wonderful place to stay.

No continental breakfast, but did not expect it. Wasn’t in the advertisement on line .. Kathy was awesome and very informative on things locally. Very accommodating and beyond our expectations. Will refer others to this location. 😁

Time capsule perfect!

Wonderful and beautiful, with hand made fireplace, beautiful wood paneling. The loving care is evident. It is a treasure to gaze upon. AND NO PETS! Hurray! Could breathe freely, not have to remove animal hair from our clothes, not have to listen to barking, not have to worry about dogs breaking free and lunging at us. Could BREATHE!

Nothing. It was cozy, safe, and easy to walk to restaurants. Giant Safeway accessible by a back road, thus avoiding highway 101 traffic.

The accommodations were sufficient for one night.

It was a quaint little hotel in a nice part of Lincoln city close to the beach. The room was clean. I appreciated the in room coffee. We had no problems while staying here. Staff was good about me traveling with a service animal.

When booking it was nearly impossible to tell the details of the room, I was reserving. It was much smaller than I expected. There was no way to cool the room down and it was way too hot! It was also a little moist. The shade on the door window was in operable. There was no good way to get the room dark enough for me to sleep soundly.

A Lovely Rustic Getaway

I loved the space and the coziness. I especially liked having 3 beds! The sound on the TV was really good and it had streaming services as well.

The base of the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned as you could see urine stains and some hair. The lady at check in wasn't too friendly, but she did check us in at 2:45 instead of 3. She was busy folding laundry in the back, so I think we interrupted her flow. All of this being said, I will still come back again, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

This is my new home away from home when I visit Lincoln City!

Quaint, clean, quiet, and so homey. Ive been coming to Lincoln city for years…growing up and then with my own family and then recent years with my elderly mom. I’ve passed by it so many times and always wanted to stay but seemed to end up staying beachfront by majority rule! This was my first solo trip and I’m so glad I chose where I wanted to stay! Cathy was so welcoming and made it so easy to add an extra night to my stay at the last minute.

Disappointing Old style motel, interesting remodel, but not worth $500 for two nights .

The windows are not clear glass, cannot see through them, makes room dark and unwelcoming. Constant loud music being played by a tenant entire time there. No smoking signs everywhere, but the manager was smoking right on her porch , located right next to front door of our unit.

Very small shower and bathroom when you plug your hairdryer in the lights go very dim on the bathroom. Chairs are located outside of rooms and people smoke right there.

Someone tried to break into our car!

The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned alright!

Only (major) downside was someone tried to break into the rig on the back of my car. We have been camping most of this trip and had all of our supplies in the trailer on my hitch. Thankfully we had put a padlock on the night before but in the morning it had been tampered with. Probably won’t stay again due to this especially with supplies in our car!

I liked that the room was clean. It was quiet. When we arrived, the drapes were open. The indoor temperature was warm and everything was perfectly set. My favorite part was the a little reading nook in the corner of the room. you will be sorry if you don't stay here this place is an absolute gem

The room itself was lovely, cosy, and warmly decorated. While we couldn't see the ocean, staff directed us to the nearest beach access which was only a short walk (like a block!). There was a nice covered area for outdoor cooking/socializing, and a gas firepit with walls to block the wind. Both looked nice we were just sadly too busy to take advantage of the spaces. There were only two minor problems, one which staff already knew of and had a fix in action for and one that came up later that they handled ASAP! Overall it was great and I hope to be able to stay here again!

Clean, cozy and wonderful service. We loved the giant jacuzzi in our room. The short walk to the beach was a major plus, and no stairs there.

Beautiful place

The staff was wonderful! The owners helped us when we caused a mistake and were generous with us. We stayed here for 4 days in the king room with a hot tub, and it was a spacious room with everything you would need. A small ice chest, air purifier, and a small fan. The windows open beautifully for a nice night breeze. It is truly a beautiful place to take the family. They have a smoking area, BBQ grill access, and a fire pit area. It's a block from the beach, but you can still hear the waves from the hotel.
