5th floor room we were 1st given was fantastic…nice firm mattress & pillows & no stomping from above. BUT the fireplace (that was an additional cost) did not work :(. Called front desk, they were prompt to get a call to maintenance. They came relatively quickly. It took for what seemed like forever, but I’m sure in reality 10-15 minutes to determine he wasn’t getting it fixed right away, that he was going to grab a key to a new room. Came right back to get us down the 4th floor room. By now the mood has been killed. Our first “adult” weekend getaway for a bit now. Just wanna get situated & find food before everything is completely closed. Room still decent, not quite as nice as 5th floor, but still worth it. Fireplace barely worked, but rolled with it. Bed & pillows were too soft for us, but I’m sure others prefer that. Smaller TV. Pretty sure kids above us, at like 7am. Bonus of the floor being on same level as most amenities & front office, so no stairs or elevator. Pool & hot tub hours, and adults only in hot tub, were fantastic!!! Great grounds. Wished we’d ask to have a fire pit lit one night. Awesome beach access & views!!! All employees we interacted with were kind, friendly, & respectful.

I was highly disappointed that I had to pay for an upgrade when I had already been led to believe it was an ocean view room in the first place. It ended up being a very expensive room. Well beyond my expectation. Other than the over pricing, the room was fine. Gwen L Monagon

The room wasn't very clean. There was lots of hair in the sheets. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff are great and understood when we wanted to check out early and not stay the next night. They have attempted to update the hotel, but it is still very dated.

Staff was nice. Two ladies working. One failed way to much causing a few people to be checked in while the other lady worked hard chucking in multiple people. Wasn’t aware the jacuzzi was closed which one the main reason we chose this place. Our room says partial ocean view however we are looking straight into another building with no view at all. Room quality is good overall.

At check in our online requested room was not available. Room was in good condition. Needs updated decor in this room. Our main complaint was the hot tub was not warm the entire visit. Only 96*. Very disappointed. We usually stay at this hotel. However the rude receptionist and the hot tub is making us rethink our future visits.

My two rooms were spacious and side-by-side with easy access to both of the beach and parking lot.

Clean room had fridge and microwave was nice checkin was smooth. Only issue i had was at the restaurant . Clam chowder thick as mash potatoes . And i had the prime rib dinner it was good except the amount of fresh garlic on the veggies and potatoes . Exellent service drinks were good and great romantic setting just a little pricey for the quality. Hotel was great.

The room was perfect, the staff was lovely and the location is to die for. Every bit of the room was as you see in the pictures, laid out great, clean and all together week worth it! The beach access is fantastic, easy and close. And listening to the ocean all night and day was worth the cost of the room itself

The rooms are great. Beds are super comfortable. Beds are super comfortable. Ocean views. 4th floor are views are epic and easily accessible. No coffee brewed for guests and everything in lobby, snacks, Waters, etc. Are astronomically expensive. You have to pay for everything nothing's provided like other hotels. Mint restaurant is on site. It's nice. Wish they would deliver breakfast earlier than 9:00 a.m. to rooms staff at front desk was nice and kind. Late checkouts cost extra money

"Girls weekend" was amazing!! The room was comfortable, clean, cozy. Our fireplace didn't work but G came and fixed it and hooked up the DVD player. The pool area is great.

The view is the best part of the room. That being said, the room is not in as nice of condition as the pictures portray. There is also not any AC in the hotel rooms, and the rooms can get very humid in the summertime. We were offered a tiny personal sized fan to help “cool” down our room. If regular sized fans were offered, that would help. The ice machines were also broken, and seemed to have been for quite a while. For the price, I would say you’re better to spend your money elsewhere. The view is spectacular, and the quick walk down to the beach is convenient, but the property and rooms need some serious attention, especially for the price.

Would not recommend staying here. Property was ok. On the beach but there are lots of other places that are similar and maybe more safe. The cops were called for some reason while we were there and that was a bit unnerving.
