Hot, fresh, tasted great

There was no hot water for the shower the entire 5 days we were there. told them about it to. There was a mess up on my last night i was there, one of the guys that was new helped me figure out why the t.v. was not working. They said they would give me a discount, never did. This place was not like this when we used to come down and stay. The warm pool was the only thing that went right,it was relaxing. Also we stayed in the king suite, nice space, just everything else was wrong about it.

Room was clean. Hot tub was lukewarm at best. TV didn’t work. Only had really thick, hard pillows that made for a not very good nights’ sleep. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage but no toast.

Clean room, super quiet hotel. Great continental breakfast.

Staff been amazing but the pool area including the tiny gym need serious construction work and the gym isn’t realy a gym besides the open door to pool equipment is concerning if not dangerous! The breakfast was a two out of ten no fresh fruits everything almost out and no sausages/bacon on both days plus I had to ask the staff several times to refill bagels the breakfast room itself wasn’t inviting at all I remember a view years ago that has been different! Obviously somone try’s to save money! The rooms where ok but also a renovation is needed!

Staff is always very kind. The rooms are always very clean. The only bad things were sauna wasn't working and hot tub had stopped working. The breakfast is pretty good. Have stayed there a few times while out at the coast would stay there again but will call ahead to make everything is working before we go.

It was pretty great with the swim pool and hot tub. The only thing that was disappointing is the sauna is out of order and they did not declare that but the rest was nice, clean and enjoyable with a pretty good breakfast

Had great stay

Staff was friendly, pool was fantastic. Room was great for the price however they allowed multiple unleashes dogs to run the parking lot which felt unsafe.

It has been a while since we stayed here. It has changed a lot. Room carpet has lots of stains, some sticky parts too. Make sure to wear your slippers at all time. Room smells a little but we carry scented spray all the time. Pool didnt have towels when we went and it’s around 7pm. Sauna, we heard has been unavailable for quite some time now. Breakfast choices was not the same. Only a few choices now. Room key did not work a couple of times. Had to come up and down to the front desk to get it sorted out. It’s not cool. Cost was still competitive. Anyway, this was our go to when we go to LC. But we have to check other hotels now to maybe have a more decent stay.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the pool was fun for the kids. They even have DVD players and a bunch of DVDs to choose from that was a bonus.

Staff was so nice. There was a couple hickups like the remote wasnt working, but they were quick to remedy. The room was very big, no balcony, gound floor with a weird room set up. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.

Thin walls/floors. Could hear kids running all around. The beds are very hard. We stayed 5 nights, the room was never serviced. The pricing was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and helpful staff!

Staff was very nice but the rooms are extremely run down and not clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and we passed on it after the bagel tasting off. Used to be a great property and is in a great location so hope they can make some improvements/ fix some things so we can come back.

The room was clean and quiet. The pool/hot tub were enjoyable, however there could be more seating available.

Staff and the whole atmosphere was great because of the staff. All the staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful, super accommodating and looking to serve their guests. Breakfast was really good too. The cleanliness was great but the upkeep was not maintained at all. Sauna was completely broken and out of order the pool and hot tub were kept just enough to be considered suitable to swim in. The color of them is supposed to be white and it mostly brown especially in the hot tub, the jets were broke. They bubbled but didn’t come out of the spot in the jet it was supposed to it like bubbled from the cracks. The walls are all falling apart everywhere because there is no vent system in the pool and only 2 chairs so finding a place to put your things while swimming was a nightmare. The whole entire ceiling in the bathroom was speckled with mold and the shower bar was holding on by a thread. The curtain was a paper thin, way to short piece if facbric with no plastic liner so it got wet and made a mess. Walking down the hallways you can see where there has been a leak or something leaving massive spots all over the carpet all the way down the first floor. We had someone keep us up until 3am the first night by sounding like they were bowling or throwing furniture. I have three wild kids of my own so I understand noise and have never ever called on someone before and had no choice but to because we needed some Sleep. The noise persisted for another hour after calling the desk..

Decently clean. Front desk called my room phone to say they had noise complaints and to ask if I heard anything (staying alone) explained there was loud banging and running noises coming from upstairs. Nothing was done about the noise so not sure why they even bothered to call and ask. Upon check out front desk couldn’t be found and was outside smoking.

Reasonable rate with nice pool and Jacuzzi

The staff was so kind! We had an issue come up, and they helped us take care of it. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay

Great staff, clean room, breakfast was great, room was magnificent. Better than my fiancée and I expected. Pool and hot tub clean, loved adults only swim time
