We have stayed at this location once before and adore the home. Great views of the beach and ample space for 4 adults. The stairs to the beach are steep for those with mobility issues but there is a bench halfway down to rest. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house is clean. Would recommend to friends and family!

THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND IN A PERFECT LOCATION. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN COMMENT ON IS THAT ONE OF THE BIG REASONS WE RENTED THIS HOME WAS ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR. WE COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK AND I DID CONTACT SOMEONE THEY JUST SAID IT WAS COMPLICATED TO WORK. WE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT WERE UNABLE TO USE. OTHER THAN THAT WOULD CERTAINLY RENT YOUR HOME AGAIN.

This home offered a perfect combination of being comfortable, offering great views, and affording immediate beach access. It was a great place to bring our dogs. The property was as described. It would be helpful to include instructions on the TV set up and information on local restaurants, etc. Not a bad thing but be aware there were no spices or any other supplies that are often found in rentals. Again, not a bad thing, just be aware.

My husband and i took our dogs to this beautiful home and location to privately celebrate my birthday following the very recent loss of my father. Everything was great except for the part where managment reached our regarding my barking dog being reported. Because of our barking dog, we were already trying to mainly stay indoors except for potty breaks on the property. There were 2 women who clearly let us know our dog was too loud on the few occasions when our dogs were simultaneously taking a potty break. Because of this, we stayed indoors because i didnt want anyone to complain, which they did anyhow. So i am not sure whether or not these are long term residents in the area or not, but consider them if you have a dog who barks. If you have a dog who barks at all, you might want to consider another property.

This property exceeded expectations. The view was superb and could be seen from many areas of the house. The direct access to the beach was a plus. The stairs a little steep but manageable. The elevator was a plus and the garage was big enough for two large cars. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The dining table overlooking the beach was a fabulous way to end and start the day. The beds were comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which was more than enough. Clear checkin and check out directions which made it super easy and less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

The view is stunning. We have a 7 month old, primary room is spacious enough for us to fit a portable crib next to bed. Open living and dinning area allows view from every angle. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay at this home. It was so beautiful and the views were amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment to make a great meal. Beach access is right there and it was so great to walk down the stairs to be on the beach. The house was very clean and everything looked great when we arrived. We will definitely be back. On a side note, the metal work throughout the house is amazing! Thanks for making our first stay in Lincoln City so great!

This has been by far our favorite property! The location is amazing - close to Kyllo's, direct beach access, wonderful views. The house is well decorated, equipped and comfortable! Perhaps for 4-6 people! We want to go back!

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. The views from the house were stunning and the privacy was great! A great space for our family of 4 with special needs kiddos! Unfortunately there were several maintenance issues that should be addressed including some plumbing issues, sugar ants, etc., but Meredith Lodging was very kind and helpful when my husband reached out to them with his concerns… we are just waiting to hear back from the property manager now. Advice: bring your own dishwasher detergent… the 7th gen brand they provided didn’t dissolve well and left granules on all the dishes I pulled from the cupboards.

Awesome house, better location! We loved the beach access and the ability to watch the waves and people from the home. The elevator is a plus for aging family members who have a hard time with stairs. I enjoyed the stainless steel extras...the outdoor bar, railing decor, and the lighthouses on the gate and hose.

Stuck in the elevator with no emergency contact ability!!

Stuck in the elevator with no emergency contact ability!!

We are elderly and both mobile but disabled, hence the reason we picked this home with an elevator and the view, beach access and rooms we needed. ( our son and his wife were also staying, they are not disabled) Upon arrival we had immediate issues with the elevator getting our coolers and luggage up to the main floor but eventually it it did work. We left to explore the area and pick up some needed items, and at that time, I called Meredith customer service and told her there were issues with the elevator. After looking up the house info, she said it was very specific instructions, so we all listened to them and made note. Upon returning to the house, we found the instructions she gave us “the key must be turned all the way to the left” the key did not turn to the left, just up and down and to the right. We pushed the button with the key to the right and it worked. Then about 5:00 AM my son woke me up and said he had to rush my daughter in law to the ER she was in severe pain in her abdomen. He told me he would keep us informed as soon as he knew something. So they got into the elevator and it started to go down, moved a few feet then stopped and all power went out! They were half way between floors but I didn’t know it until he beat on the door! The emergency phone did not work and the alert button only sounded inside! There was no air flow and NO CELL service to call god help! If it had been just me and my husband alone in that house, I have no idea how we would have gotten help!!! I heard him beating on the wooden door and ran to find that the door would not open on either floor!! I could hear Shasta crying and was so distraught!! I tried to find something to put in the upper right corner of the wood door where the elevator latch is located, but nothing I had was strong enough to unlatch the lock. I quickly called Meredith and they said it would be over 30 minutes before they could even send someone! I said that’s unacceptable and her to call 911 immediately and I went back to trying to calm them down and kept trying to pry the latch up. The fire department came and tried the bottom floor but the elevator was not down far to get them out, so they had a toll to pry the latch up and were able to open the wood door. The kids were stuck about 5 feet below the floor. She was in terrible pain and they helped them clim out. It was terribly stuffy in there and still no power to anything. My son quickly rushed my daughter in law to the hospital and th

We got away for a week and stayed at this house. The house looks great in the photos but it is even better in person. We spent lots of time watching the ocean out the windows. And a real bonus is being able to park in the garage.

The privacy, location and floorplan of this property is beyond great. Sadly, whoever cleanned it before we arrived did NOT do a good job at all. Counters were gritty, and the candles were literally stuck to the counter because of some sticky substance. Cherios on the floor under and behind the couch. Many, many light bulbs burned out but the owner and maintenance man came and remedied the ones we saw on arrival. There were more but we did fine without them. My sister's back itched after the first night and after arriving home was told by a nurse that she had bed bug bites all over her back. Such a shame as this is an excellent property and we would gladly return if maintenance and cleaning were addressed. Hopefully this will be taken care of and this property will again get the rave reviews it deserves.
