Fabulous 1940’s cottage oceanfront on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This is a two story home that sleeps 6-8 people with 1 king bed in the master suite, 2 queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, a futon in the separate sitting room and 2 over sized sleeping pads. The upstairs Master Suite is a romantic retreat with a spectacular ocean view, a separate sitting area, fireplace and its’ own private bathroom (shower only). Two additional bedrooms are located on the main floor, one also boasting a spectacular ocean view and both sharing the second spacious bathroom (shower only). A relaxing Hot Tub on an oceanfront deck, Hi Speed Internet with Wi-Fi, 2 HD TVs (39 inch LCD TV, 30' & 19” LCD TVs), 2 CD players, Play Station w/ 8 Games and a small library.

Once again a great annual visit to the Cottage. Excellent communication by host, which is so refreshing. Thank you!The weather was impeccable and my family and I enjoyed just sitting on the deck or in the hot tub enjoying the ocean noise. The exact relaxation that I needed.The microwave could stand to be replaced, its working but looks like something burned while inside.

As others have said, the view is the best feature of this house. The location is excellent. Close to stores and restaurants. The home was clean. Lots of fun games. Card table and chair. It’s an awesome house for the money. But don’t expect anything . The layout is kind of weird. Looks like the master bedroom upstairs used to be a separate studio, but it works out all right if you want lots of privacy. Also, you won’t want to share the futon room off the master with anyone since you don’t have a door between that room and the master bedroom. The water pressure is quite low. The parking is challenging sometimes. It’s kind of a busy corner on some days and times and only a compact car will fit in the garage. It’s still a great value and location is awesome.

This little house did not disappoint. The view from living room and outside deck was everything. Hot tub was clean and hot. Overall nice, just wish upstairs bathroom shower was usable for a normal sized adult. Had a great stay!

Beautiful view, nicely stocked kitchen with appliances. This was more of a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Nice beach view, was disappointing you couldnt walk off patio on to the beach, for the price. Have to access chinookwinds beach acess.

I love how the cottage is on the very end of the street. The view from the west side of the house is incredible!!!! It is decorated great, no clutter, and dog friendly flooring in LR, Kitchen and bathroom. There is a cute “mudroom” upon entering where you can take off sandy shoes or towel off you or wet doggies. The back deck has a very nice Hot-tub!!! Helped us out tremendously to soothe tired calves from all the beach walks. Not a negative, but the yard space is very small in the back, especially for our three medium size dogs, but we made it work. Also it borders a huge cliff, so only leashes in the back yard so no doggos falling off! A small little fence there would just make this place a TEN!!! Still an awesome 9 and a half now. There is a grocery store within walking distance a couple of restaurants and beach access. The garage is super tight … best to park a smaller vehicle there, but nice to have a two car garage and one space out front. This place is a gem!!!

We stayed as family in this adorable home and utilized all three bedrooms, all having very comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. The kitchen was very well stocked with all pots, pans, glassware and utensils necessary to cook and prep with a great view of the ocean! The living room has a spectacular view and the deck was great place to relax and listen to the waves. The host Kay was helpful and responded quickly to our questions! Easy beach access nearby.

We love Seafront Cottage and have been returning each year for the last few years. The house is cozy, comfortable and clean. It’s not fancy, but has everything you need to be away from your home. This was a sister trip for my 60th birthday. There were 3 of us so we each had our own room. The place is clean. The only negative was my sister who had the upstairs room said she had no hot water......maybe she didn't wait long enough for it to travel upstairs. The location is right on the beach. Beach access is very close and has an easy to use handicap ramp. The large windows are wonderful to sit and watch the sunset. We stayed 4 nights. It rained every day but one. We didn't care because we were still able to walk the beach. I found 2 agates even! Safeway is very close as is the casino, if you want to gamble. The checker at Safeway recommended Pub Fish & Chips which was good food. We also ate at Chinook Seafood Grill. This was awesome food. Pelican Brewing Co was down the road and was also good. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We walked in, the heat was on along with the music which was a nice touch! They even left a nice bag of coffee for our use. All in all, I texted my husband the next day to let him know that we needed to come back and stay at this house. It was a great place.

Great property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Awesome views from truly beachfront property. Sunny weather everyday in January i was able sit on deck & enjoy the views & Sunshine with a glass of wine & hang out with our dog who also appreciated it! Comfortable beds. The only negative incident was we lit the presto login living room fireplace & it set off smoke alarm in the bedroom. Visited casino & was profitable both times was a fun bonus too. Ordered take out the Beach Club restaurant was very good. Communication with owner Kay was good. Thank you!

We had the best time at this house! Nothing overly fancy but it was great for us. The location was perfect for our weekend plans seeing a concert at the casino as well. However, the road in front of the house is strangely busy so be aware of that. On the other hand the moment you walk into the house the windows looking out to the ocean will take your breath away. We loved the location with the beach just below us - it was nice to hear and see the ocean from most rooms. Beach access was easy, too! Loved the upstairs suite. It was rustic and quiet. The hot tub was perfect to relax on the deck. The only “negative” we found was the drop off from the yard to the beach as we had dogs with us, and we were nervous they could get excited and run off the edge. But it was workable.

The cottage was very cute and comfortable. The large windows allow for a wonderful view of the ocean crashing up against the rocks right in front of the cottage. Access to the beach was easily accessible from a couple houses down to a public stairway or from the casino hotel parking lot. A couple of the beds seem to be a bit on the soft side for us. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful hottub we found it very comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Stayed two weeks at the lovely 1940’s cottage sitting on the bluff above the ocean with views of sea stacks. We had delayed this trip for a year due to needed medical repairs and it did not disappoint. The cottage is genuinely a 1940’s vintage and has all the requirements of a long term stay. It has two bedrooms on the main floor and a larger bedroom and additional sitting area in the upper level. There is a two car garage which can be tricky to get into and out of due to traffic and a single outdoor parking space outside of the garage. The views from either inside or outside on the deck are spectacular. The hot tubs sits on the deck facing the ocean. Relax on the deck chairs and watch the action on the beach which seems endless. Access to the beach is a very short walk. The Safeway grocery store is within blocks of the cottage and Lincoln City offers many options for dining and entertainment of all sorts. We will definitely be returning for another long term visit to enjoy the cottage, the beach, the coastal climate and taking in what the Oregon coast has to offer.

Loved the home it had everything you needed and then some. The beds were super comfortable and clean with excellent views. My 2 older brothers took my mom for her 90th birthday and she loved everything about the house and even said that this was the best birthday she had ever had. If I had any complaints it would be with the parking it was advertised as having 3 parking spaces in reality there is barely 2. Nevertheless we will definitely be back as the view and overall love of the house is worth the inconvenient parking 😊

We had a lovely Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful cottage that’s perfectly positioned right on the water. It was clean and well-appointed. We had an issue with a leaky shower head but surfaced it with the manager who promptly addressed our concern.

The place was clean and the views of the ocean were spectactular. The hot tub over-looks the beach. We had sunset views while relaxing in the hot tub. The beds and bedding were comfy and very clean. The only negative was the parking in the garage was very tight . If you have a big SUV, I don't know if it would fit. It was a little precarius backing into the garage, because cars come around from a blind corner. we just spotted for each other and pulled in carefully. I would just plan on bringing two vehicles, and not big ones. The stay was perfect, and we will be back again. It is walking distance to Chinook Winds.

We enjoyed our yearly stay at this comfortable home, again. It has everything you need and the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms have an awesome oceanfront view. Our little family group includes a sweet, polite boxer-mix and she enjoyed her trip to this place too! We had a little problem and Randy had it fixed right away! Kudos to Randy! I heartily recommend you stay at Seafront Cottage! Please be kind to this charming house, because we plan on returning again!

We were contacted by the property manager before check in to let us know he warmed up the cottage and left some music playing. They also provided a bag of coffee. It’s the little touches that make the ordinary extraordinary. The view from the living room and second level bedroom is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times. It is right on the beach, killer view, very relaxing place! Check in and check out very easy! Property manager easy to reach. I didn't want to leave. Will stay again!
