Steps to Beach | Hot Tub + Game Room | Sleeps 11

The house was absolutely beautiful and you had an ocean view from the deck. There was plenty of room for my family and our pups, yard was fenced and that alone was worth its weight in gold. Also, the weather was spectacular and we spent lots of time on the beach and were able to come back and enjoy the hot tub on the deck!!!Chad was wonderful to work with, thank you!!!!!!!

Front door was a little sticky so I had to call and get some advice to get in the place the first time. Chad answered right away which was great. I just needed to pull the door a bit towards me when unlocking, no big deal. Chad gets five stars on communication! Place is super cool and clean. Hot tub works great. You can see the ocean from the back deck. We had lots of kids with our group and they loved it. Everything is new and fancy! Kitchen was great, we used it for cooking dinner and breakfast. Has a nice layout with kitchen and living room upstairs. Bunks and bedrooms downstairs.

Wish we could give it a 4.5. The home is beautiful, the location was perfect but it was not a smooth check in process. We drove in from the city to spend a few days with family on the coast and when we found this home online we knew it would be perfect for all of us. Unfortunately, when we arrived for check in the cleaners were still there. Apparently the check in and check out times had changed but that wasn't reflected on the booking site or any of the email communication. We had 2 cars full of people that had to drive around and wait for the "new check in time" and then they were delayed for another 30 minutes. There was garbage all over the front yard, like an animal got into a trash bag that was left on the ground. First impressions mean a lot, unfortunately the first impression wasn't great. The property manager reached out to offer us a late check out for the inconvenience which was nice. He even checked in on the 2nd day. The home is big, completely understand how much needed to be clean, but unfortunately the floors were still dirty and the hot tub was dirty too. It had a film in the water like someone put sunscreen in the water. One other thing to note, wear shoes on the top deck, the decking material gets extremely hot in the sun. But the kitchen was amazing and the shower in the primary bedroom was incredible, there were some very nice resort like upgrades. Loved the sand cart and toys, was perfect to take to the beach for the day. Overall, a 4.5 stay.
