Located only one home down from public beach access with a staircase to miles of sandy beach, this home retains nostalgic charm as it spoils you with modern luxuries, including a hot tub on the outside deck. The home’s inviting living room has leather chairs and a sofa surrounding a huge flat-screen TV and a sweet gas fireplace with a river-rock hearth. A dining table looks out paned windows to the quiet street outside, or you can dine facing the ocean on one of the decks outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen also houses a washer and dryer and a bedroom and bathroom just around the corner. Climb down a few steps to another bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, and French doors that open to the hot tub.
