Love the view, beach access and location. Cleaning staff and maintenance need to step it up.

I completely understand a facility that is in need of repairs and updating. That part us okay for me because the the room ,view and cost value were great. Was was unacceptable was the cleanliness. Come on cleaners, do better. Also 2 lamps did not work as well as the TV remote. Asked the staff, and was told that it was unfortunate but nothing she could do. We ended up at Safeway to purchase lightbulbs and batteries for the remote. My daughter had to disassemble the floor fan to clean the grime before turning it on.

No hot tub and cold pool
The location was great
The hot tub was not working and obviously had not been for quite some time. This was one of the major reasons we chose this place. Very annoyed that they have not informed booking.com so I would have gotten a room somewhere else had I known in advance

The staff was very friendly and was able to get us a working hair dryer.
I loved that I could see the ocean from the balcony.
The blinds were broken so could not lay in bed and see the ocean. It looked different than the pictures. The blinds were dirty. The hair dryer did not work. The door had issues locking and unlocking. There was a fire alarm issue.

If I had been staying more than 1 night, I would have cancelled and asked for refund.
Great location and convenient, price was great.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, hair and sand on the floor, hair in the tub. Some small, inexpensive changes, such as new vinyl trim and painted doors in the bathroom would be more appealing to the eye for guests.

The beds are comfortable.
The rooms need painted over the patch work. The tub drained slowly/clogged. The slider is broken and needs repair. Carpet stained up. Rooms need a touch up. Ghetto looking. Hot tub/spa down without warning. Stairs are a death trap waiting to happen.
