It’s affordable and the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
It’s a little dated and some things could use repair. It is not fancy and things flooring could be replaced. Windows and curtains could repaired. But, if that impacts the price I’ll take the dated carpet and things needing repair to be able to afford an oceanfront room.

Partial view was a surprize!! Just great enjoyed windows open all the time& never smelled ciggarette smoke!! Quiet corner room!!!!😎
Cleaner windows& less dust!! Better sheets & another blanket!!!

The view was good…except there was a roof top in our view with plastic covering something…?
Hot water wasn’t working very well. Check in seemed late, 4:00.
