Very friendly staff especially the owner but even the housekeepers. Beds and bedding were more like staying at a friend's house instead of commercial bedding you get in most hotels(way more comfortable!!!) Meticulously clean, cozy and well appointed for the price point. More comfortable, cleaner and nicer than the comfortable inn for a little less money!!!

Needed a hot tub, but thats literally just a nitpicking detail.

Nothing fancy but adequate for my needs.

The motel is retro and looks and feels it, but I was comfortable with the facilities. The room was clean, had ample yard for the dog, good location, comfortable bed and had a kitchette that we didn't use.

The guy checked us and was very nice housekeeping just needs to take a little more time on the floors

Your rooms were nice but the floor had sand on it. I cleaned houses so I have floor vacuum in the car so I went and got it and vacuumed all the sand up and then I also have a mop in my car and so I mopped the floor and it was filthy. It was so dirty. They just need to spend a little bit more time on the floors the rest of the room was clean the sheets. The bathroom was all very clean.

The thing I didn’t like was it was on a busy street, but that can’t be helped and I did not like the dirty floor

Very comfy budget stay

Extremely comfortable bed with the softest linens and fresh, fluffy towels that smelled so clean!

Road noise from Hwy 101 was quite loud but with the white noise of the provided fan, it was a great night's sleep.

My Go-to in LC

Comfortable and attractive place. Now my go to place to stay in Lincoln City.

I could have not liked that I didn't get a housekeeper replenish the coffee pods except that it gave me an opportunity to visit the office and meet the office crew.

Updated Americana Motel

Nice place. Very convenient, right off 101. Despite proximity to the main drag, still very quiet. Nice little park area behind the back building (there are two) for pets, picnicking, just hanging out. The room was a good size, plenty of space. I thought the bed was great, but my wife found it too soft. Same with the shower; I thought it was fine, she felt is was weak. Nice staff, very helpful. I enjoyed reading about the history of the location on their website. Modern, but still has its 1940's charm.

Nothing, really. The room smelled a little musty when we first entered, but being so close to the ocean, that's kind of a given. Was fine after going in and out of the door a couple times. No A/C, if someone wants to know, but Lincoln City rarely gets warm enough to need that.

A very relaxing weekend

The garden area was so pretty , we seen deers in the morning . The check in person was really nice and funny :) there is absolutely nothing we can complain about :)

Perfect quiet and clean stay that won’t break the bank

It was such a beautiful location and quiet in the back of the hotel. There was a nice open grass area for the kids to play and blow off steam. The room was clean and nice! There was all the cooking utensils and supplies you need to cook. The staff was very friendly and kind.

There was hair and dust under the furniture, which is probably to be expected, but we did notice that. All the open floors were clean!

Our stay was okay, it could have been better.

We enjoy how quiet it was at night and ability to stay asleep. My family and I enjoyed seeing the deers in the morning, right outside our room.

The outdoor fireplace was out of gas and was not working.

Great value for a weekend away.

The motel is conveniently located by lots of places including the casino. The casino is right next to the public beach entrance. I loved that the suite came with a full kitchen including pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

The room got a little hot even using the box fans. And the bed was on a tall bed frame. I was able to get up okay but my partner who is shorter than me needed to use the mini steps. The bed itself was wonderful and comfortable. .

The beach

Children bouncing off the walls until well after midnight , the manager said he couldn't do anything about it . So for 2 nights we got no sleep. Then the manager asked my husband if he would like earplugs . That's very disappointing.

A Delightful Weekend Getaway

The room was delightful and tastefully decorated. They weren't kidding when they said the beds were the most comfortable at the beach! We let them know it was our anniversary, and they left a sweet snack basket and sparkling cider in our room to celebrate.

it was extremely cozy and very comfortable. we had a kitchen and it was awesome, fully stocked with everything we needed, all we needed to bring was food! it was wonderful! the bed was very very comfortable and the sheets were the softest!

a broom in the room would have been good just to keep the sand swept up. could use more shelf or space in bathroom for toiletries.

Wonderful Accommodations with Separate Bedroom Area

The apartment like unit was very spacious and very homey! We were on the bottom level with a kitchen and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and a sitting area in addition to the living room/dining area. It was very quiet and perfect for the watercolor/colored pencil art getaway weekend that we enjoyed! The separate bedroom area allowed for early birds to slip out to the living room area without disturbing the later risers as well as giving the night owls the opportunity to extend their day without disrupting someone wishing to retire early.

Can not think of a thing! We are planning to return again, as soon as our schedules allow!

Fine bed and shower, which are our must haves. Very clean. Good price for a basic room. We would stay there again. A "9" on the basis of it doesn't claim to be anything fancy-it's great for what it is.
