Had staff walking by my door, checking on the hot tub before we checked out my stay was miserable

It was right on the beach, easy access

The stairway looked unsafe got splinters. There were holes with rusty nails and a homeless camp in my view of the beach and I stayed in the cottage. It was not worth $300.

I got a really lovely decompress , magical moon over the sea and a morning rainbow

The beach front view was breathtaking. The check in check out people were very sweet . There are lots of fun places to enjoy on the property...a nice deck with tables to sit at and enjoy food or just to sit and dream.

The only thing I could think of is the bathroom needed new grout around the floors and tub area s . But not a problem for me really ..room 227 .

Stormy night

The new look inside the room, the mini kitchen.

The heater in the room was set on high so when we opened the door and went in it felt like a 1000 degrees. Had to shut heater off and open windows and leave open for awhile to cool down. We had a storm and the upper window seal was leaking water had to use a couple towels to soak it up. We let management know the next day.

What an amazing little gem! We booked 3 nights and had the best time! The room had everything we needed to cook a meal. It was comfortable! And the view was incredible! We had 3 amazing days staying at Seagull Brqchfront Inn. The check in process with Caitlin was one of the best I've ever experienced! She is amazing! At checkout, we met the manager Cari and she was just as amazing as Caitlin! We can't wait for our next visit!!! See you all soon!

It was better than I expected it to be

The spaciousness of the room. The comfortable bed.

Some hooks in the bathroom would be good. Better lighting, especially in the kitchen area. Sufficient glasses for the number of people staying in the room and mugs too for that matter there could be a closet put in where there was a cabinet in a corner. And since the room was so big, some other seating could be added.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and greet it first thing in the morning

The place is absolutely magical. Two bedrooms, one of them with a huge, king-size (or larger?) bed. Comprehensive kitchen. Very easy to find, friendly reception. Perfectly clean and fresh. But above all - the view. Absolutely unbeatable!

The ocean view was beautiful

My husband and I booked this stay as a 15 year wedding anniversary gift to each other. We reserved a specific room with a full size private outdoor hot tub on the back patio. When we checked in we were put in a different room with an indoor jacuzzi bathtub, next door to the correct room type. The onsite manager was unable to move us as it was Labor Day weekend and they were full, which I understand. However when I let them know this was unacceptable, as we would have never booked this room, as jacuzzi tubs are disgusting, they offered no resolution or compensation. They only said the room they put us in used to have a hot tub 2 years ago. I feel like this was an incredible waste of money as we did not use the tub and it was the main focus of our gift to each other. So our Anniversary plans were effectively ruined. I feel I should at least be refunded for one night! The office person at check out said they would forward the complaint to their GM but I have not heard anything.

The gal over the phone and in person was very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Access to the beach.

I was shocked at the run down appearance, and the small room. There's no balcony, no counter space in the bathroom. There's no mirror on the wall in the main room. No artwork. Nothing cheerful walking in. The windows are cloudy. For the price, this was not acceptable. Very disappointed. 😒

The view and the closeness to the beach was very accessable and family friendly. there were options to access the beach stairs or driveway.

I think the garbage cans were not as visable in the room and I think having multiple would be helpful. I wish there was a tv in the single room because I do not watch the same things as the kids.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Could not take a shower and No one came to our room number 273 to fix the shower - we were unable to take a shower the evening before - they still never responded to our request. Also the room had an odor and was uncleaned. I paid 200.00 for a room that was totally unsatisfactory - I do NOT recommend this motel to anyone - ever again.

For almost $200 for our nite was extremely dissatisfied. The desk person was VERY rude-

No breakfast

The room looked nothing like the rooms advertised. 2 keys for the room and the door was stuck after closing has to kick it to get in. No ice machine nor vending machine. Advertised hot tubs but we were not allowed to use. Shower faucet and shower head very loose. Dishes not all clean. No air conditioner!

Would stay again

The room was spacious and the amenities were good. Great view of the beach and beach access was right by the hotel.

We stayed in the cottage. The wifi was very poor. Honesty we think a simply range extender would remedy the problem since when we stood by the hot tub or outside the unit we didn't have a problem. Also my husband is a larger man and the main set of stairs going to the unit seemed a little unsteady.

It was fine for a quick overnight with a walk on the beach.

We enjoyed being right on the beach. The room and bedding was very clean which was a plus. It made it possible to overlook the lack of everything else.

To say that the room was a stripped down version of the website was an understatement. No decor and hardly any furniture. There were no bedside lamps, or any lighting except for one floor lamp in the corner. The wall plugs next to the nightstands were capped off, so phones could only be charged across the room or in the kitchenette. In the kitchen, it was stated that if any dishes were left in the sink, there would be an additional charge, but there was no soap or cleaning supplies. There were no screens in the windows, and it being a third floor room, it brought safely concerns for anyone with children that might be visiting. I am glad that we were only staying for one night.

Horrible experience, dont stay here!

. It was on the beach front.

Rooms were not as advertised and absolutely filthy. Comforter had blood and dog prints on it. I asked for a clean one and wasn’t received well. Staff was incredibly rude and the downstairs occupants partied until after 2am. Dont be deceived by the pictures, the rooms are not even close to the real thing.

You're only paying for the view

They had new Kuerick (sp) coffee maker but the cups provided were so small you could only use smallest setting. I used the middle setting the first time and it overflowed hot coffee all over the table. Great view of the ocean but over priced for average accommodation

I wouldn’t stay here again. It did for the night we stayed but do not expect much.

This stay was not at all like the photos showed. Our bedroom was nasty, the heater vent lining the wall had hair, guck and dirt all up and down it like it’s never been cleaned ever. The bathroom had not been mopped as there was dirt and sand all over the ground when we arrived. The water pressure in our room was ridiculous! It took over 40 minutes to fill a bath for our daughters and that is with zero exaggerations. The ice machine they say they have in their welcome book in the room when you check in is broken and didn’t have ice and as for the looks of it it hasn’t been working for a long time and was incredibly nasty. The ONLY good part of this stay was the access to the beach and the view from the room but even then the outside windows to look out of the room surely hadn’t been cleaned and you couldn’t see out to see the ocean without the windows open and there was no screen on any window so being a parent of 2 littles that was rare we could do due to safety reasons.

Mentioned above. It was a very unfortunate experience for the entire family.
