The staff were friendly and accommodating. There's a decent continental breakfast included with your stay. We got the room with a spa tub and I really enjoyed it! Big room with a big tub in the corner.

We were really disappointed that there wasn't any kind of heads up that the elevator was down AND the hot tub was broken. We booked ahead - had checked fb and the website for any updates or information. For something like that, I would expect at least a message before our cancelation window. Rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. While staff were amazing when we expressed disappointment because we really did escape to the coast and were looking forward to the hot tub and got us a hot tub room, I'm super appreciative. We still should have been told ahead and been given the option to cancel. With that, having to go up 3 flights of stairs just really made us not want to be at the hotel. Further, the rooms and hotel could use some deep cleaning (new caulking in the bathroom tub) and there's no screen on the balcony window letting in bugs if you want to open the window or go in and out. The bed was very uncomfortable to us.

I had a late check in and the clerk could see i had a long hard day. She did all the normal stuff then offered to carry my luggage to my room. That was extremely nice and made me feel like she cared.

The morning clerk wasn't helpful and did not put enough breakfast food out for the amount of people there. I choice to go out to eat so the large family that just came down would have enough.

There is nothing like a good hotel when traveling, and this certainly was nothing like a good hotel. Forty-two years ago, we honeymooned on the coast and decided this year to return. The first thing we noticed upon arriving was how tiny the parking spaces were. We have a small Honda HRV and it could barely fit in the parking spaces. We had paid for four nights, and upon entering or room (207), we noticed large black stains on the carpet at the entrance. It appeared to be a site of a CSI murder instead of a romantic getaway. We took a look around and the damaged furniture and overall appearance of the room only supported the crime scene scenario. We went back downstairs to inquire with the clerk and was told it was actually large ink stains and not blood. She said they had tried to remove it, but could not. She informed me it was known by the management as well as the furniture damage, so we would not be charged for the damage. I asked for a different room and was told there was no additional rooms available. (Now I got to tell you that this damage to the carpet was in the entrance section of the room. It would have been very easy for them to cut that section of the carpet out and placed some tile or laminate flooring in and it would have been a 1000% better. You know they charged some previous customer for the damage, and just pocketed the money.) The bathtub looked like it had old anti-slip decals that disintegrated and turned yellow. The bathroom sink leaked all over the counter. Everything speaks of neglect of normal hotel maintenance. We turned on our TV and decided to watch a movie. The whole screen began to shake like crazy. I tried different channels and they all were bad, so I went downstairs to the desk and was told the TV was bad and they would replace it the next day. The replacement TV was dark, and the genetic remotes do not allow for adjustments. I hated to fuss with the front desk again, so we used our laptop for TV watching. The people in the room

Parking is awkward due to location. Not all kitchen supplies were delivered, so some outages on food. Hallways were not the easiest to navigate. Patio door did not slide well, and neither did the curtains

The front desk staff was nice even though the staff before the previous day cancelled our reservation.

We called and paid what was told to us and then we had our reservation canceled. The room was not clean. It needed to have some maintenance done. The tp holder was rusted and gross. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER ALL SUN TO MON. We were told to wait but it was never even like warm. Very disappointed

The continental breakfast was good. Fresh cookies at front desk were a nice treat. We never tried the chili. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly.

Day after arrival our room was not cleaned, no towels were delivered or fresh coffee pods refilled. Had to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. I had a small dog so the room they gave us had potty spots on carpet. They charge extra for dog but they don't clean after the dogs mess in room. Mine did not potty in the room. Not enough parking for the amount of rooms. The elevator broke down day before we left had to carry all our luggage down the stairs. In all a little run down for the cost.

The Comfort Inn & Suites was at an amazing location for an affordable price. It’s a cute and comfortable spot with helpful and friendly staff.

They seemed to have limited towels most of the time. We were very limited in the towels we could have in our room. Only 1 per guest. No extras. They would sometimes have water turned on to fill our water bottles and then sometimes we weee told they turn the water machine off after breakfast which was odd. The washer and dryer don’t work. My kid caught car sick and we needed to clean her car seat and couldn’t so had to make it work for our whole trip. The plug in the tub was bent so we couldn’t give the kids baths which was difficult.

The location next to the park and the wildlife. Also love the complimentary breakfast, the lemon water and the chili in the afternoon. It was very quiet and relaxing

All was very nice, no complaints except the parking could get a bit dodgy but having overflow parking available by the park was convenient.

Beds were extra comfy, showers were hotel, they provided plenty of towels, every staff member we spoke to were beyond friendly. Loved the balcony and knowing we could look down and see our car. $ for booking last min was pretty reasonable

One of the reasons I booked was to do a load of laundry which was down :( The pool area was TINY, and kinda had a strange smell.. the walls in the room were bubbling and the bathtub had a yellow tint to the bottom. I washed it out before showering. Parking lot not so ideal for larger vehicles but it was free for there’s a plus!

Quiet and clean. Staff was helpful. Very accommodating. Property was kept up, parking great. Access to beach, and restaurants close by.

Mini fridge wasn't on when we got there, so we turned it on, and it ended up leaking water all over our food and ruining a bunch and making a puddle all over around it. The upstairs people were up stomping or something til like 3 am. There were dust clumps on the walls, and the room smelled like animal pee. First time there have ever been issues here, and we will continue to stay here
