Perfect location, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and close to Seattle Center.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful always smiling. They all seemed very happy to work there! The breakfast was great, lots of choice, something for everyone. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The location is just a few blocks from Seattle Center, so it is a perfect place to stay for any events at Climate Pledge or Seattle Center.

Stay was too short

The complementary breakfast was FANTASTIC! Truly enjoyed it. Location was VERY good as well; two blocks from the Space Needle, museums, eatery (MOD Pizza!!) and the monorail to central city area. Ubers to get around were always nearby.

Good Hotel in a Good Location

Room was decent, beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was fairly good but finding seating is a bit of a problem. Location is very good and there is ample parking.

The fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate till the fire-fighters cleared us to re-enter. I know it's not the property's fault but we did not receive any kind of explanation or apology for the inconvenience.

Nice large room. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Close to the Space Needle, Pop-culture museum, etc.. Nice breakfast. Parking is alright. Decent A/C (not too loud).

You can't open the window. Bathroom is a bit smaller than some people may prefer.

The reception staff really messed up the billing! They seemed completely incompetent! Breakfast was just ok. We picked up a "clean" spoon and it had oatmeal all over it! Did not make me feel safe.

Great for location but didn't offer much else

The location is great. I saw some people had safety concerns but we didn't run into any issues or feel unsafe and we were in and out all hours of the night up until 2 in the morning. We walked everywhere and if you know Seattle you know what to expect. This location wasn't anything out of the ordinary. We encountered multiple staff members and only one wasn't very pleasant.

The parking garage is tricky. Fortunately we were able to move to one of the bigger spots after the first night but there aren't many of them so it is a tight squeeze for minivans, SUVs, and trucks. The first night when we checked in the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed. She was very short with us and wasn't interested in explaining much. We just asked about parking and she seemed irritated having to tell us the cost and write up the parking tag. After that night though the rest of the staff was fine. The elevators are slow because there are only 2 and most of our time there one of them wasn't working correctly which caused it to be even slower. The room was clean but not very big for a room meant to fit 5-6 with 2 beds and a pull out couch. The beds weren't comfortable either. They were noisy all night every time anybody moved and the mattresses aren't great. We didn't hear other hotel guests, which was nice, unless they were standing right outside our door. The cleaning crew did stand out there and have a loud conversation one morning but for the most part it was just a brief conversation you'd hear as they passed. All in all, we did enjoy being in a spot where we could walk most places and I think this is what you pay for because otherwise it would not be worth the cost. We stayed 4 nights and with parking it was about $450/night. I know we went during a busy time but it was definitely overpriced for what the room was.

Overall had a great stay. The staff are amazing! Despite elevator challenges they were kind and friendly.

It was clean and in good condition.

The elevators were having issues so it took a long time to get from 6th floor to the lobby. Also, it made the housekeeping staff have to wait even longer. Surprised there isn’t a service elevator for them. Also, there was no hand soap in the suite’s bathroom. I asked for some and never got it. We just used the shower gel. But would have been nice to be able to wash our hands properly.

Bait and switch - did not give us the beds or sleeping capacity we paid for!

I booked a double queen room with pullout sofa months prior. The front desk said "due to inventory we are giving you a king". So, we left the hotel and were disappointed they took our money but couldn't give what was promised.

Had fun enjoyed even with little sleep

Location was perfect. We were able to explore the Seattle center as this was close By. We also took a healthy walk down to Pike Street’s farmers market and waterfront.

All the sirens throughout the night made it hard to get a good nights sleep. We were 9 floors up but could still hear all the city life throughout the night.

One of the staffs needs to get fired

Right beside the Space Needle and Seattle monorail. Good breakfast.

The lady at the counter was so rude it’s unbelievable. I called the hotel after checkout because I left my jacket, and without much explanation she said “can I go now?” And basically hung up on me mid-talk. Another lady I talked to when I actually went to the hotel to pick up my jacket was super nice about it but I’m still shocked with my encounter on the phone. Not a very pleasant experience, at least not something I’d expect from the Hyatt brand.
