Horrible parking-staff did not manage parking so several more vehicles could have fit in the garage. They also over booked parking so no guarantee if you leave you'll have a spot when you return. Staff was indifferent about the parking. Kept referring people across the street to a full garage. Hilton from now on.

Cruise Vacation

Really good breakfast and the location just a few blocks from the Space Needle. They had a shuttle to the cruise dock for a small fee, cheaper than Uber.

Great location!

The location was fabulous! We walked to the most touristy locations and it was safe! We didn't walk at night, not knowing the safety, but we did walk up to nightfall.

Online the information was that they had transportation to and from the hotel, but they did not.

Outstanding experience

Located four blocks from Space Needle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are roomy and clean. Complementary breakfast was outstanding with a good variety.

Parking is quite expensive ($37/day).

Pleasant but a little noisy

The location was near the Space needle and monorail meaning that it was only minutes by the monorail into the city centre. The room was large and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The noise of room door slammers was loud throughout the night as well as emergency vehicles passing at all hours. The air-conditioning would only run for 10 minutes and switch off. Breakfast was always crowded.

Seattle for Alaska cruise.

They had free shuttle service to and from the airport. They even shuttle us to a nearby restaurant to eat dinner!

It was further from the cruise terminal than I thought. However, they did have a shuttle service that took us to the terminal and picked us up when we returned from our cruise. It was only 20 dollars a person which I thought was a reasonable charge. They also helped with our luggage and were very courteous and helpful to some elderly passengers they had.

Nice Hotel near Space Needle

The location is great and walking distance from the Space Needle. It is very modern and clean inside and around the hotel.

Parking is very limited and can get difficult if you have a big vehicle. It is located on the property but just narrow and limited space.

We stayed here overnight before boarding our ship to Alaska. The front desk was super helpful!

Convenient & Comfortable

Location was great - we were in Seattle for a concert and able to get to the venue with a short walk! I loved that breakfast was included, that's always appreciated. Rooms were clean and ready upon arrival too, which is great.

Rooms could have been stocked better. We booked a double queen bed room for four people and only had three towels, and ONE coffee (and one decaf) pouch. I think you'd minimum need four per day if you had four people staying, as well as enough towels. Not a major issue, we were able to get more from the front desk.

The staff was amazing! Worked with us to get us in a room early as possible! Offered to help us with shuttle service. Had restaurants and other places that were close by printed out.

I realize that the property is located downtown but the windows didn’t seem like hotel windows. You could hear every sound and siren outside. That being said, I still got a good night sleep.

Crowded and uncomfortable but a convenient place to stay a night if you're going on a cruise.

Breakfast was pretty good.

Bed was uncomfortable. On Saturday many of the customers were going on a cruise, the lobby was very crowded and confused. The staff at the front desk were mostly on the phone and no help at all.

Great stay

The bed was great! Very comfortable and on the soft side. There wasn't any traffic noise, so a great nights sleep. Our room had a view of the Space Needle which was an added bonus. Lots of restaurants and bars near by as well.

Breakfast was OK and very busy! If you have any dietary requirements I.e. GF or DF there is fresh fruit!

Stayed here prior to our Alaska cruise. The hotel was super convenient to the pier area, Pike’s Market, Space Needle, and downtown restaurants. Rooms were clean & staff was friendly.
