Everything in general was very good.

Breakfast was simple, not much variety, so it was okay. Food menu remained the same for my 2 days stay.
There is only one main lift near the lobby and it is pretty slow waiting for it.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Olympic Sculpture Park, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we had a larger bathroom than we've ever experienced before. On-site parking is available for a fee, but we found free street parking after 8:00 PM. A huge bonus for long-term travelers is the guest laundry facilities on-site.
Long elevator wait times, especially during check-out.

Friendly staff, great location, relatively clean and comfortable overall.
Breakfast wasn't great, duvets/bedding were rubbish, and plugholes took forever to drain.
