Extremely impressed with our stay at this hotel. Dan went above and beyond for us. We flew in from Canada and arrived well before check in. He not only found an available room for us but he also upgraded us. We had a lovely view of the space needle. The room was quiet and clean. And the bed was so comfortable. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle.

Darjon at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. We didn't get to know other staff by name, but everyone made us feel welcome and clearly cared about our comfort in the hotel. In addition, we loved the room, the complimentary breakfast & the location.
