This hotel is well located, directly across from the space needle, monorail, Seattle center, etc. the free breakfast was good and most staff was helpful. We did have some major issues with our stay, which were not well handled, but the location still earned the 4 star review.

Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Perfect for events at Climate Pledge Arena. I go to Seattle a couple of times a year and I don’t usually drive. This hotel is great because you leave the airport on the Link Light Rail to Westlake station then take the monorail at Westlake Center to Seattle Center. You can use the monorail to cut the walk time to Pike Place from the hotel too. Multiple food options across the street at the Armory which is a food court not an armory. It’s not open late though, they’re good for lunch but the only thing open there after 6 pm is MOD pizza which I think is open till 10. I was there during the week, not sure if weekends are different. Had a nice time, I would stay here again.

Our flight had landed early in the morning before our check in time. They offered to hold our luggage in a safe place, while we start our day. Which made our stress level go away and wouldn’t have to worry about walking around with all our luggage. They offered to do this upon check out as well as our flight was later on in the day. They ended up having a room ready super quick within an hour. We asked for extra blankets and towels and were delivered to our room right away. Great place to stay. Hotel was super clean. We had a room with the space needle view and it was incredible to see it morning and night. They offer free breakfast every morning, which was amazing with different varieties to choose from. My family and enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place & would book here again in the future!

The location was great across from Space Needle and the easy access to the monorail. Room was spacious and comfortable and the shuttle access to the cruise docks being handled by the hotel staff was so appreciated. The breakfast was great as well. Gorgeous and clean hotel with amazing staff. Our room looked right at the space needle. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We were right by the elevator and didnt hear a sound the entire time. Which inpressed me. The suite had enough space for me and 4 kids to spread out and to not be on top of eachother. The kitchen space was a huge bonus. The rooftop terrace is gorgous and the hotel is one we will be returning to. Really nice, conveniently located, and overall an excellent stay.

The room was a two queen suite. And it overlooked room straight across it was an inner part of the building. For the price that was paid to not be able to even look out the window or you’re looking in another window 3 feet from you.
