The staff for the win!

The room was great and the staff even better

It was a little fussy finding the other the room, but we eventually got it. I think it was because of construction.

Not to satisfied with the overall stay.

It says I paid $170 online then I got there and it was $230 the hotel said it came with parking. I didn't have a parking spot when I got to the hotel. That's the only reason I got that room for the parking. Then the front desk said they couldn't tell me anywhere to park at they didn't know!! Wow I said lucky another guest overheard and told me where there was a parking lot down the street. I ended up staying parked in the alley way kinda scary to leave your car like that but it stayed safe.

They lied about the cost and parking that makes me not want to go back to this hotel and the TV wouldn't connect to there cable television they have dish. it was really bad on top of the rest of the things that happened on new years eve!!

The main areas of the hotel were pretty modern and clean. The breakfast was OK.

I had bugs in my room. Our sofa bed had wires coming out of it and metal bars. They don’t come and clean the room.

The size of the rooms were great. The workout room was great.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a double queen suite. When I checked in, I went to my room that was a single queen with a pull out sofa. I went back down to the lobby since front desk wouldn't answer their phone. I was told that it changed to a king suite. However, I was telling the lady that my room was a queen, not a king. They couldn't do anything about it since there were no rooms left.

- room are clean and well maintained - kitchen was fully stuffed with all the things neccesary for cooking - breakfast was great - staff is very open to help you with any of your requests

Convenient stay near Lake Union

Ability to find free overnight street parking nearby. Lobby and reception (shared with EVEN hotel) are high standard. Reception staff quickly checked us in (and later quickly relocated us upon request). Rooms were quiet and mostly comfortable (except HVAC).

Our request to have two rooms on the same floor did not get honored. One room was equipped for wheelchair access, which we did not mind except the wardrobe was non-fonctional as there was no way to use the hangers. Also the HVAC vent of the bedroom was not functioning at all, making the room stuffy, and so we requested and got approved to be moved to another room.

Room was clean and had a lot of amenities - only a 1 night stay so we didnt get the chance to use them. Breakfast was ok; typical hotel breakfast. Only - waffle maker so my son wasn’t able to make one because the line was too long.

Price increased just before I arrived and there was no parking available at the hotel so I had to find a garage on my own. There was no pen or paper in the room.

I was locked out of my room and elevator for hours. They are having problems with the key system, people were sleeping in the lobby this afternoon. I wasn’t able to go in my room, so I had to buy sunglasses and a hat do to the warm weather. When we checked in we were misinformed about the breakfast hours, so missed breakfast. When taking a shower the conditioner was filled with shampoo.

Breakfast wasn't served until 7am. Most people traveling need to leave the hotel by then. Parking was awful. Sign on the garage says $40 per day. Someone has peeled off a sticker where it says $20. I was charged $45. We left something behind. I called several times, with no answer, emailed Customer Service who said I needed to call the hotel, so they gave me their email, and they didn't respond to three emails. Hotel staff were too busy eating their breakfast (before 7am) at the desk when I was checking out.

The name 'Suites' is confusing. It's a compact room with a small kitchenette. We didn't use the hotel's parking. There are cheaper options around.

Comfortable hotel very helpful staff

Arrived very early after cruise hoping to drop bags off and was able to check in straight away which was really appreciated. Reception staff are really helpful. Only stayed one night before flying home but hotel stored our bags until 3:30pm on checkout so we could enjoy our 2nd day. Good room, with lots of amenities we didn’t need/use (kitchen). List of local restaurants available from reception which was helpful. Good breakfast, although not a huge selection. Used local tram or uber to access tourist sites Would use again

Neat, clean, new; cheerful and efficient staff

Overlap/confusion between 2 hotels using one check-in desk, and what parts of each were shared or not. Parking was a hassle after Sat night dinner (11pm?). Small-capacity garage was full, but no way to know before driving in. Front desk staff had no suggestions for reasonable-cost parking nearby. Ended up in underground garage on the same block, as we did not need to get our car out overnight. Security guard had to direct us out to street. Seems like you need a deal with that garage, which was nearly empty when we were there.

Pleasant Stay

- Awesome to have a small suite with a fold out couch! - We had an issue with our HDMI cord for our TV in the room, but maintenace came by with a new cord. It was a very pleasant exchange. - I'm a clean freak and even the headboards were dusted. Very nice. - The front desk clerk was extremely professional and accomodating. She was juggling many things at once, but handled it with grace and I wanted to acknowledge her and let her know she did a fantastic job! - We didn't explore the area too much, but, seemed quiet at night.

- There was a group across the hall who were playing loud music, but that's not the hotel's fault. They took care of it, so, that was nice! - Slight disadvantage to have the bathroom in the room making it so that the person on the couch would have to go through the room to get to the bathroom. Keep that in mind when booking a suite.

It was a convenient location, and our room was ready early when we arrived to leave our bags. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was great!

The parking fee had taxes attached and was a bit pricey to start with, so it seemed like too much.
