Grat value for money with good location!

Location! Place was chill, practical! Super friendly staff and they did help managing the reservation changes based on our checking date adjustment. Room was clean and had the essentials. Cool vibes!

great stay, Moxy-sized rooms

The location suited my needs very well. The staff was great, welcoming and helpful.

The only unexpected inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at the time of my visit. This made for some long waits and journeys to every floor, but other than that, the Moxy provided exactly what I expect from it, a fun vibe at a decent price. Small rooms, but totally fine for my needs.

A well-located, cosy hotel with clean rooms, but some practical issues that slightly impacted our ot

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet. We loved the cosy design and décor of the hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring the city and getting around by public transport, with several great restaurants just a short walk away.

Unfortunately, our toilet was clogged, and there was also a small water leak from the ceiling (likely from the shower pipes above). As a result, we had to use the restroom in the ground-floor lobby overnight, although we were moved to another room the next day. There was no compensation offered initially (we eventually received one coffee). Additionally, the room lacked wardrobes to our surprise.

Great value, love the vibes, love the location, would stay there again!

Moxy really surprised us. We were gonna go for one of the more established, old school hotels in the same price range like we usually do (the reliable ones which haven't upgraded much since 90s). But we thought to try something different and it paid off. Moxy's interior design was immediately welcoming to us, from the lobby to the room itself. Everything was nicely stylish and well decorated but clean and new, modern but cozy. It was like a high tech lumberjack lodge. The room itself was very comfy, soft clean beds and pillows and the temperature nice and warm and easy to fall asleep to. Thick concrete walls and huge windows, no noise from the street below or other rooms. Bathroom was clean and loved the modern shower that wasn't 30 years old. They also gave us two free chips to trade in for free drinks at their downstairs bar. The whole lobby was so comfy other travelers were just lounging about chatting or dining. Staff was friendly and professional at all times from check in to check out. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet and seems to be a tech hub of sorts. Amazon and Google have offices there. Lots of food options close by. YMMY but we liked it. What we also liked was its proximity to downtown without actually being downtown. It's just a great location to go to all the Seattle tourist spots and attractions in any direction especially if you're driving.

They don't have their own parking so you're off on your own. The staff suggested we park in a garage down the street which turned out to be mainly for Amazon employees and though they let us in and out (for free!) we had to call a number and the whole experience was a bit weird. There is street parking which we also tried and is free for the night but the rates go way up if you intend to park there longer than 2 hrs during the day. The room itself is somewhat on the small side despite being very comfy if that matters to you. There also isn't a mini fridge which is standard in most hotel rooms of this price range. There is a single seat sofa chair (as expected) but no proper desk to put your stuff on, just a thin and low side table next to the bed. There also isn't a proper closet, so you'll have to hang all your clothes on a horizontal pole attached to the hallway wall from the entrance towards the beds. Aside from the parking, the room quirks were minor to me but might be an issue for some.

No refrigerator in the room with the tap water tasting so bad I couldn’t even brush my teeth with it I would have preferred to have a refrigerator to cool some drinks. One of the two elevators was broken the whole time which lead to long waiting some times.

i liked that the staff was very nice and the location is smack in the middle of downtown close to my even for that monday

i didn’t like that i was charged again for my room i understand it was a mistake however it should have been disclosed that my card was charged and not just for incidentals but for the stay as well even tho i had paid in advance not to mention to get my funds back i would have to wait a whole week for my refund and the rooms are extremely small

our first room was very hot and stuffy. we checked in at 3pm and immediately turned down the heat and left. Got back to our room at 1130pm and it was still warm and stuffy. The front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a different room immediately.

Amazing comfort right in the heart of town

Awesome location with food trucks during the week and walking distance to many restaurants parks and shops which was great as I didn’t want to use my car during my stay. Staff recommended 10 hr street parking spots during our stay which was very helpful and loved that they had full bar, coffee and food in the hotel as well. Reception was super helpful and I requested a mini fridge in my room which they brought up right away. Very clean, very comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again

Great stay

The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating when we needed something. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was also very quiet and there was no noise from outside the hotel. The area felt really safe and you could get to places easily using public transport. We also used the gym which was really well equipped.

Overall, wonderful! We were meeting guests from out of town and everyone had a good time. The staff was super nice.

Loved the decor and having access to a bar with snacks available.

The designs in the room are very efficient however not much room to actually unpack anything and it is a bit unsightly to be hanging clothes on hooks. So even just a very small dresser somewhere tucked in the corner might be nice.
