Would not stay there again, would not recommend.

Because we booked through booking.com (third party), we were given a room right next to the lobby with a shared wall to bathrooms and across from kitchen staff. We were not allowed to switch to a better room, same reason. Very loud groups middle of the night, 2 of 3 nights awakened for extensive time. Sounded like party, maybe staff involved.

We should have been allowed to change rooms to a quiet area, the hotel was not full.

Location was great. It had great amenities and served a good free breakfast.

The only complaint we had was the cleaning staff. They knocked on the door at 6:00 am on two different days to clean the room. We wanted them to clean it, just not that early. They only came back once in 6 days at 6:30 pm to clean our room. Even though we were out of the room the other days, they never came to clean. Luckily, we’re neat, but that was a big surprise and our only complaint. I didn’t think we should have to call down to ask for that.

i would stay again!

the rooms were super spacious and clean. i loved the fireplace, and the space needle view was beautiful. having a kitchen in the room was also a nice touch — i would’ve used it if i had stayed longer.

we had missed that the parking was paid in the booking details. we’re even sure we read something saying it was included. but apparently, my mistake. that’s why, when i asked for information about the parking, they did not remind us that it was paid. i think guests should be told what the daily fee is when they want to use the parking. not asking was my mistake, but not having it mentioned didn’t feel very considerate

Decent stay with great, easy access to downtown.

The staff were helpful at check-in and we were very pleased to only be paying 30/day for parking in a secure garage. The king room itself was spacious, quite clean. Surprisingly, for people with dry and sensitive skin, we really enjoyed the toiletries that were supplied.

The continental breakfast is just as you expect, and was incredibly crowded each day throughout the service times. I would strongly recommend they invest in a second waffle maker - let's be honest, we're all in line for the waffle maker.

Well laid out spacious room, clean The room was insulated and the thermostat worked well. The bed and pillow were comfortabole. The fridge and mircowave was a bonus

The aircon was very noisy when it started up, especially early in the morning. I kept hearing people walking on the floor above.

Excellent quick stay before our Son's wedding!

Loved that breakfast was included, but would appreciate bacon....(I'm not a big fan of sausage, that's all). It's an excelled and incredibly convenient location for us when visiting Seattle. Very comfy beds and rooms.

Wish that parking fee was just included in room, it seems kind of high. We did not try to negotiate it down at all, though.

Could not get in room. All electronics down . No backup. Little kids could not stay up all night waiting and no food for dinner. Had cruise next day and wanted sleep. Had to get a new hotel and would like a refund since I never stayed in a room. There was no guarantee when we would have gotten in. Not my fault, yours and hotel.

This was a wonderful place to relax and visit Seattle.

Location was great and the rooms were very clean. I liked the parking too. It was easy to get in and out.

The only thing that I didn’t care for was a soft undulating humming noise coming from somewhere outside my room. It bothered me a little when trying to sleep. I turned the room fan on to drown it out. Not a big deal but it was something.

Horrible fold-out couch, which we needed to sleep on, spoiled our stay.

The location was great for our engagement that evening at McCaw Hall. The room itself was adequate, king bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and fine. The breakfast was the usual hotel buffet, with a bonus pot of hot oatmeal.

The biggest disappointment was the location and quality of the pull-out couch, which is the reason we booked this room since there were no rooms with two beds available. It was the worst bed I have ever had in a hotel, and I've stayed in many around the world in which a fold-out couch was a second bed. The "mattress," basically a thin pad, was about three inches thick and interlaced with metal cables and connecters--right under the thin covering. Every single cable and connector could be felt no matter which way I turned. This was promoted as another bed, a place to sleep, which is why I booked the room. I tried using the couch itself, not with the "mattress" folded out, and it was way too hard for comfort. The whole couch was horrible. I finally managed a few hours of sleep from the exhausting day, but it was just awful. A two or three inch memory foam topper would have made a big difference. I challenge the managers, and the district manager, and the CEO of the company, to sleep on that "bed" and claim it was worth paying for. In addition, it was placed directly in front of the AC/fan unit, so in order to have fresh air and circulation, it blew right onto the person in the couch/bed. I blocked the unit with sofa cushions, but the "bed" itself had no remedy. I would warn anyone to not book planning to use the sofa beds and I will not return. For the price (and we understand Seattle summer prices, especially with major music events nearby), one expects a decent, comfortable bed to sleep in.

The room was OK although nothing like as good as the Hampton Inn at the airport.

Breakfast area much too busy and no tables available at certain times. My email to arrange a car pick up from airport required a phone call to confirm it. Then airport was really busy and the car took ages to arrive. It would have been better for us just to get a taxi from the airport. Ours was a late flight so also not easy to get in with the hotel front doors locked after 9pm. Receptionist was on the phone and a little grumpy at us ringing the bell to call her attention. Request for taxi back to the airport also took ages to arrive (perhaps was taken by another customer) so had to be reordered.
