It was ok.

Breakfast was not included. This could have been an oversight in my part but when booking I thought it was part of the room rate.

A bit more clarification about the side door and when it locks at night in teens of being able to use a key card.

Breakfast expensive and not great. Couldn’t just buy a coffee and something to nibble in the cafe because it was all or nothing. Cafe not open for lunch. Very dated bathroom with overhead shower over a bath. Only clean room and refresh hot drinks every second day so if you’re staying 2 nights you don’t get anything.

Unlikely to return, even though the staff were all courteous and helpful.

Clean, safe, and conveniently located close to QFC for groceries. Walking distance from Space Needle and Hop On Hop Off bus. Good laundry facilities.

The room was equipped with a coffee machine, some coffee, and Paper cups. Mugs were provided on request. Our room had a balcony, but the door was locked. We could not get fresh air inside.

Very walkable location which was key.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a double room with 2 beds and people and only got one towel. No refresh on towels and coffee. Had to go to the front desk and collect them myself.

Did not enjoy

I liked all the employee's we interacted with...they were all very nice and showed a lot of poise and patience during a difficult check in on 8/9/25. The location was great, and the bed was pretty comfortable.

We couldn't check in at the check in time of 3pm due to being short staffed with housekeepers. It was obvious when we got into our room. We didn't have any wash cloths and towels in general were very minimal, the room looked barely put together. The room was also very musty...my husband and I both left the hotel room very congested, but cleared up once we left the room. We were given a complimentary breakfast for the late check in, but the breakfast was bad too :( Cold eggs, partially cooked potatoes, the sausage was terrible, but the bacon was good, lol. All in all, I love the location but for what I paid the a single night was pure robbery ( half the cost would be what I would value the stay at). I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel at this time.

Location is great. 10-12 min walk to the space needle. There is free street parking up the hill about 7-8 blocks away. The bar has a happy hour thing inc food offers. Well worth a visit. Eat there both nights. Had cloths washing machines and ice machine on every 3 floors.

There work road works going on around the building. But not much else.

Very disappointed !

Breakfast was not included with the price of the hotel.

This hotel wasn't worth the price. We stayed two nights, and we were surprise that nobody came to clean the room and made the bed, or clean towels. When we call reception they told us that they clean rooms "JUST EVERY OTHER DAY" !!!! This reflects very bad on Booking.com that we have been using for years. You should it told us of this "policy" so we can find a different hotel.

Well located, but not the most comfortable stay.

The location is central and walking distance to most major tourist hotspots and close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and checking processes were quick and efficient.

Rooms are lightless and airless. Definitely not the kind of room you want to come back and chill in. Cleaning process was not great, they only clean every second day and sometimes forget to replace removed sheets and things like the paper cups.

A convenient walk to area sights, but a disappointing stay.

For over $400 per night plus another $30 to park in their garage, the room was outdated with peeling wallpaper, unpainted baseboards, bleach stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding... The window overlooked the huge air conditioning unit. You could hear lots of noise from the hallway. The area surrounding felt very unsafe. When we arrived, we were told they were in the process of changing locks, therefore they had no keys for us, and to park and the staff would have someone let us in our room, then to come back in a couple of hours for the keys. The bed was mediocre for comfort. Construction was being done outside the window and started with loud talking and equipment at 7 in the morning. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

At check in, the receptionist charged an extra of $222 as security deposit for the two rooms (This was not reflected at time of booking). When I complained he assured me my card will be credited at check out. Later, that night, an additional $1,100 was charged to my card. I complained to the Night Duty Manager who rudely argued with me and refused to reverse the payment. I later followed up with another receptionist who assured me the payment will be reversed. 5 weeks after my stay, neither the Security Deposit of $222 nor the $1,100 were refunded to my account. Emailed the hotel no response.

The room was comfortable with a good working air conditioning unit. Nice large tv. Mini fridge kept our store bought items nice and cold.

Unfortunately the mini fridge is in the same unit as the dresser making very little room for unpacking. Only 2 small drawers available. Also the shower had no shelving for someone to put their own toiletries. Had to put them on the floor. The elevators run very slow to accommodate the number of people staying. And the staff uses the same elevators for their cleaning carts.

A great place to stay near Seattle Center.

just like the realtors, say: location, location, location. Very close to the concert. We attended at the climate pledge arena. Good restaurants nearby.

Major construction is going on next-door. Thankfully, the sound proofing for the room was adequate. Also, our bathroom door was off. It’s hinge when we arrived.
