    We were disappointed from the minute we arrived to the moment we left 2 days later. First we were hit with a surprise of charge of *** "resort fee" that was not mentioned in any part of our confirmation. The staff looked over my confirmation document and couldn't find anything and said it was implied in "Laundry Services"! Ridiculous! I asked the manager to come explain it to me and she never did. Then I found a rotten/ mouldy grape/s in the room (disgusting!!), I sent them an email about it but they never came to clean it. There was no bottles of water in the room that we find in every other hotel and it was summer! There was only 1 small tube of bath gel, insufficient for 2 people, so I asked for more and they brought me more products in a TRASHBAG! There was no body lotion, no cotton buds or cotton pads. They only clean the room once/week, including changing towels! A couple of times I called guest services, nobody answered the phone. Very underwhelming for ***.

    Me and my family of 7 had a wonderful 3-night stay at Level Seattle! We reserved 2 units. Each unit has two bedrooms. They have balcony overlooking the streets. To get a better view I suggest you request a higher level because the view even from the 13th floor is amazing. The facilities are top-notch, and the amenities are so plentiful that you honestly cannot explore them all in just a short weekend trip. I was incredibly impressed by the overall cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. The units themselves feel fresh and brand new. While I noticed a few minor hardware defects in the room, they were completely negligible and didn't impact my stay at all. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back to fully enjoy everything they have to offer!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, particularly with the way housekeeping and room turnover are managed. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM, but I was not able to get into my room until around 5:30 PM — approximately 1.5 hours late. The reason given was a shortage of housekeeping staff. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but this should be something management plans for. If the hotel knows how many guests are checking out and how many new guests are arriving, there should be enough housekeeping staff scheduled to ensure rooms are ready by the advertised check-in time. Guests should not have to wait 1.5 hours because the hotel has not allocated enough staff. I can understand if the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping. However, what I cannot understand is why basic necessities such as clean bath towels and sufficient toiletries are not consistently provided or replenished. The hotel also charges an amenity fee to every guest. If this fee is mandatory, guests should at least receive the basic services and amenities that they are paying for. Providing sufficient clean towels and basic toiletries should be the minimum standard. I strongly recommend that management review its housekeeping staffing, room turnover procedures, and amenity replenishment system. The current level of service does not match what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel charging an additional amenity fee. Overall, this experience left me feeling that the hotel has significant management and operational issues that need to be addressed.
