The room was a neat layout. Location was great. Breakfast staff super kind. Checking was easy. Bed was very comfy.

The elevator made some sounds then said out of order . It made some more sounds and then said out of order then engaged. Wr got off and walked to the car in basement .

Amazing Location, Spacious room with Needle view

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom. It had everything we needed. The view of the Space Needle is amazing. The guest laundry room was a plus, which came handy mid-trip. Location is amazing, walking distance to most attractions.

We loved that it was across the street from the Space Needle and Monorail. And we loved the set up of the room & full kitchen. Very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a very nice perk.

Well booking advertised a bigger size in square feet like this particular room is supposed to be 700 plus square feet but it’s actually only 420 so I expected a bigger room cause the pricing was more on their website based on the size of the room.

overall not meeting my expectations from the reservation

Location to attractions and transportation was good. Picked this place due to not wanting to drive around for parking

Parking was full and had to park my car and shuffle luggage to and from car and hotel in the rain. Both to load luggage in and at the end of our stay. Had spent extra money for the location to try to avoid this. Also they switched my room from a suite to a single room and that was not planned on. Had planned on having a sofa bed and separate rooms for myself and my niece. We ended up sharing a king sized bed. The mattress was not comfortable. They had offered a non view room with queen beds but would not adjust the price. Also the hallway was noisy in the room and lots of sirens overnight. Not a quiet location.

A comfortable stay in the perfect location near the arena and Seattle’s top attractions.

I really liked the location—being right next to the Space Needle, the arena, and many main attractions made everything super convenient. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also a nice touch.

There were no on-site dining options or a restaurant available, which made it a bit inconvenient when I wanted to eat at the hotel.

Across the street from the space needle! Great recommendations for food from staff and friendly staff!

There are homeless people but the staff tells you what streets to avoid which is very nice. So you do feel comfortable. And they close the doors so you’re safe inside and can only come in with the key which is very reassuring.

Excellent family-friendly hotel in a great location for seeing the sights of Seattle.

Great location across the street from Seattle Centre attractions and free shuttle bus to the waterfront. Good dining options and amenities (pharmacy, Whole Foods, bottle shop) in easy walking distance. Room was a perfect set up for our family of 5. Breakfast options were very nice. Rooftop lounge area was a nice spot for an evening drink with views of the Space Needle, water, and surrounds.

We were dying for a good espresso! Apparently also in walking distance but we didn’t manage to find a coffee shop.

I think I was in room 604. The alarm clock went off at 6am the both nights, even after trying to unplug it to rest the second night. The place to get water in the gym was overflowing and had no cups to use.

Great to see the sights but poor servicing of the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent. Being near the Space Needle, POP, and Science Center was convenient to enjoy be the entire family. Taking the Monorail made it easy to go to Pike's Market. Great park for children to play at.

Within the 4 nights/5 days stay, the room was never cleaned or serviced. I had to look for someone to give us more toilet paper. We were expected to use the same towels throughout the stay. We had to take our full rubbish bags to the reservation desk to throw away. There was no where on the floors to deposit them.
