New, clean, good cafe and roof top bar, friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is hard to beat—only a 15-minute walk from the Space Needle. The rooms are cleaner than average for this price point, and having an attached coffee shop is a huge plus on rainy days.
The bathroom lacks adequate privacy. The sliding doors do not close fully, and the floor-to-ceiling semi-sheer window feels exposed, even with the blinds. Adding a second mirror in the main room in place of this sheer window, would be a major improvement to allow two people to get ready at once. If weren't for the bathrooms, I would highly rate this hotel.

Fabulous views. Cheap clean parking in garage across the street (much cheaper than valet parking)

The big glass window with a view of the Space Needle
Valet parking was an absolute nightmare, with no available luggage carts. Chair was not as clean as it could be in the room. Found leftover hair in the bathroom shower area and the shower glass was not clean towards bottom. The bathroom door did not provide privacy when in the shower someone from outside the bathroom can look right in. One of the face towels was stained but not dirty. No microwave to reheat food. The room was pretty small (narrow walkways made it harder to get luggage inside. Elevator confusion due to everyone pressing buttons constantly so it kept opening/closing. The wait to check in was long as if they were not prepared for New Years Eve increase of customers. Plus the thick fog that night ensured we couldn’t even see the Space Needle which made me only feel more disappointed as this was the whole purpose of reserving the room. Not the experience I was expecting at all based on the reviews of this hotel.
