My stay was not very good

The hotel was very clean, well located, and the staff were nice.

I was extremely disappointed that drinking water was not provided. For a large, well-established hotel, not offering something as basic as water is unacceptable. Water is the bare minimum a hotel should provide to its guests. Because of this, I feel that a refund or compensation is warranted.

There was no breakfast

The whole hotel was under construction. Nothing was mentioned when we made our reservation, The fitness center was closed and was the only amenity we had as a filter when searching. Disappointing stay.

The suite was pretty big and comfortable and the cleaning service was really good. The location is also good.

It was under remodelation so it didn’t have any amenities (besides breakfast which they managed to give us through a restaurant across the street). It didn’t have water station, ice machine, vending machine (they would often send us to the hotel across the street to ask/buy things from there which was pretty uncomfortable and awkward), laundry guest room or gym. I think they should let the guests know beforehand and lower their prices or offer a partial refund because what they charge is not met with what they offer at the moment.

Had a renovated room which was lovely. Large with two queen beds, a desk and a little couch with small table in the corner.

Unfortunately our room faced other hotel rooms so opening curtains was awkward. Also, had difficulty maintaining the temperature in the room. I only wanted the fan to run, and I could not accomplish that. Also, the hotel is under renovation so you cant check in the front. You have to walk around the side and down some steps. My 81 yo hubby almost fell down those steps. Should be a sign saying WATCH YOUR STEP.

The location was great to get around and within walking distance to most major attractions

They gave us a room that was right above the alley where they were discarding all of their trash for the remodel. It was annoying to wake up to those loud noises. Ice machine didn’t work on our level either.

The location was convenient to my destination, the room was clean and comfortable, covered & secure parking, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking entrance was blocked by construction equipment and had to pay $35 for parking.

Worth the rate we got.

Location is amazing. Price was amazing for somewhere so central in Seattle. Front desk staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I loved how well lit the room was.

Front desk staff tried to get me to pay for parking. I'm glad I carefully read my reservation ahead of time and knew that it was included in my booking! Not the cleanest, nicest place I've stayed, but it was fine. Not dirty or gross either.

On my booking day I was happy, but my second booking night was really disappointed.

First booking the breakfast was included but second booking the breakfast wasn’t included. I didn’t understand about this package when on your hotel page is saying breakfast included.

What I didn’t like? About your chuttle service firstival $65 dollars it’s really expensive. To drop me off at the airport was $65 dollars but from the airport to the hotel he charged $80 dollars.

Location was good , room was big.

They kind of lost one Amazon package because they sent it to a floor in which I wasn’t staying. They just let the guy to go some floor an dropped in front of the door. They also put me in a floor that was on repair entirely and I was a disaster, noise not secure. I had to tell them to change at the next day cause we got late from a 16 hour flight

Toast to toast was a very good breakfast included meal. Tasty and presentation was great! Front desk employees were friendly and knowledgeable!

Great staff & location | Under Construction | Expensive Parking

Very friendly staff. Hotel is located within walking distance of light rail, Pioneer Square, the waterfront, Lake Union restaurants, etc.

October 2025: hotel has been under renovation since at least October 2024. The rooms not yet renovated are adequate but are showing their age. Electrical outlets were not available near the beds and the USB ports on the lamp and alarm clock didn't hold cables in place for charging (I tried several). Additionally, despite listing a fitness center, it was completely stripped bare for the remodel. Last, parking was $35/night - very expensive in my view.

Great location - able to get around and see the city easily by foot or by tour bus. Room was clean and comfortable - didn't love the view of the next building wall/windows outside my windows but I wasn't there for that.

Middle of the night 3a fire alarm went off - outside for an hour maybe? Fire trucks came, apparently nothing found. No explanation or communication about it, even the next day. Alarms not set up for anyone deaf - only alarm sounds, no flashing lights in the room (noticed during the 3a evacuation) Perhaps there are specific accessible rooms set up if a deaf person identifies themselves as such. Front desk person seemed overworked and somewhat cranky with too many questions.

Disappointing and frustrating.

Only a ten minute drive from our concert which was nice

Front desk staff made an error with our booking and double charged us and were extremely unhelpful and unclear/confusing in their resolutions. It was eventually solved but not without having to call Booking.com and a lot of struggle and nearly being made late to our event and forcing all 7 of us to have to squish in one room and get ready. They gave us a breakfast voucher for the troubles but the breakfast was not very good and took an extremely long time.
