I guess parking was a bit of a pain. I tried to use the pay parking across the street but I couldn’t recharge without leaving the premises. However, you can easily find free street parking in the evenings. Didn’t realize that since I’m not from America.

Great value stay for last-minute plans – with a helpful parking tip!

We had to change our travel plans at the last minute and found this hotel - it ended up being exactly what we needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast was decent and a nice convenience to have included. Overall, for the price we paid, the value was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when looking for a reliable and affordable spot in the Lake Union area.

The biggest downside is the parking. On-site parking is limited and quite expensive compared to the room rate. Pro-tip: If you are only parking overnight, you can find parking on the nearby streets. Just be sure to check the signs, but it’s a much more budget-friendly way to handle a car if you don’t need it during the day!

Very good overall!

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and faced the lake. I never got tired of sitting on the balcony watching the seaplanes fly over and landing in the lake! Also loved being at the end of the street car line that took us straight to a great downtown area to go to Pikes Place! Easy walking area to lots of places. Loved being able to have breakfast every morning included. Used it every day!

The game room area wasn't all that clean and didn't have many skeeballs to play that game. Wished it was a better area.

Great place to stay, easy to travel to/from, friendly staff.

Nice area & there is a trolley that is directly in front of the hotel which goes by very often. It makes it very easy to get to the monorail and airport. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was also good; after a week of traveling it’s nice to just have readily available breakfast without leaving the hotel (there are options nearby though). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again when in the area.

Great stay

Our stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful overall! Breakfast was great—though on the last day, it seemed a bit understaffed, so the stocking and dishes weren’t quite up to the same exceptional standard as the day before. Our room exceeded expectations—it was spotless, spacious, and the king suite was perfect for us. Parking was easy to navigate, though the spots are a bit tight, still manageable. A big thank you to Linh and Ruby for providing outstanding customer service and making our stay even better!

Friendly service but poor breakfast value

The staff were amazing very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, and parking, though paid at $42, was straightforward and without issues. While the facilities did not match as presented in photos, they were still acceptable and functional if I want to be fair.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was extremely basic only apples and oranges for fruit, and eggs (scrambled and boiled) with no other hot options such as sausage/omelets. I would definitely expect better quality and variety.

The parking was not good. In the upper garage (vehicles like Suburbans were to use) the parking spots were so tight had difficulty getting out of vehicle. There were maybe 10 spots that would work.

I would rate my experience as a 7 out of 10, expected a little more for I paid, but would stay again

facility was neat and clean. location was close to attractions, but had to drive. breakfast was what to be expected from a hotel. enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

parking was lacking in space. no attractions or restaurants within walking distance. no bacon on the breakfast buffet for my wife. booked a 2 bedroom suit with 2 king beds, got 1 king and 2 queens.

Great 2 BR Suite and excellent location

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite. It was clean with a very nice kitchen and 2 balconies. Nice view of the lake, and the location was close to 2 Nice restaurants. Good location with easy access to freeway.

Not a major issue, but the in house chef called in sick and there wasn't a back up chef to keep the in hotel restaurant operating with food service during our evening stay.

Robert Selfe is the best person there!!!!! Ruby was great too! Seth was awesome. Room size was nice!

Found a dried up contact lens on the nightstand!!!! Seriously?!? For what I spent per day? Who "cleaned"? Lost trust. Then I went to use the glass measuring cup and the spout was broken! Again, for what I paid, this is unacceptable 😤! Shame!
