The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You could see the effort that they were putting into keeping the lobby and common areas clean and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family who were traveling with pets and children. The pool area and game room were also really fun.

From check in to check out, our stay was outstanding. Our host at check in made it very easy to get settled, signed me up for Marriott rewards and offered me late check out for signing up. Our room was comfortable, amenable and convenient. It had a great view from the balcony of the lake . The pool area was clean and comfortable. Overall our entire stay was amazing and I I will d to friends and family in the future.

There was an avoidable mixup with the front desk. I presented my ID and said the room was under my name. The clerk fixated on my boyfriend's different last name instead. She put us into a reservation of a guest with very similar name. They then locked us out of our room and said we disnt have reservations which we did. They tiok my boyfriends daughter ID who was there as our guest!!! Wven after the manager said to the clerk to return us to our room she kept it up. The manager finally said she told you over and over the reservation was under her name, just look up her name. It was embarassing for everyone in our group. The breakfast and accommodations were great though. They comped our parking but that didnt feel like enough. but this put a da.perwequname.

They put us in a room where you could hear the construction outside. I asked to be moved and they told us that the noise would end at 10pm. It was 1am and there were large constructions vehicles moving equipment. Neither I nor my family could sleep from the noise and the hotel didn’t care.

Nice property. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have a robe(s) and slippers in the room. Nice spa and gaming area. Games are a little outdated but were fun. Hot tub needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was dark and murky. Pool was clean. Pleasant breakfast area. Decent selection of food. Would be nice to see a few more pastry items, such as croissants and muffins. Staff are efficient and friendly.

Bar was closed early both nights we stayed. Front desk didn’t seem to be communicating with the the bar/restaurant as to what was happening. Don’t rely on the bar for food later in the evenings.

The folks staying in the room next door to us left their dog alone in their room. The dog started barking at 9:45 pm and didn't stop until sometime around 1:30 AM. I called the front desk several times (during my calls, I expressed to the staff that not only was the barking keeping us up/waking us up but, we were also concerned and hope the people and their dog were ok) but they never came up or did anything about it. Major distraction and lack of sleep because of this. We are all extremely disappointed.

Smoke detector keeps turning on even in middle of the night till morning.So annoying even after the technician change the batteries, we didn’t have a good sleep. Slow wifi and you need to lift the sink drain plug so it will drain properly. Paid in advance the for lake view reservation and yet we didn’t get it. So expensive to stays there and it’s not worth it. nobody clean up our rooms the next morning! Really???

Loved the whole experience. The hotel is situated on the out skirt of downtown Seattle but close to the Metro. We did not have any issues with parking nor getting around the city. The room was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

The room was dirty and smelled. The ice machine did not work. We were traveling with our infant and asked for a crib and received an old broken play pen. We booked a Lake View room and there was no view of the lake when we asked to move room the manager yelled at us and said that there was a view even if we can barely see it and that if we want to move rooms we need to get our stuff out but they don’t know when another room will be ready.

I took a chance with location for our sight seeing but more that would be closer to the Waterways dinner cruise that we had booked -it turned out to be a 2 minute walk!!! Perfect location!!! The cleanliness of the grounds, the area was safe for us to walk back to the hotel, friendly staff !!

Website never mentioned anything about Parking fee $52 per day, the most disappointing part of the stay! The room had the most annoying beep that took us half a day to find after an exhausting red eye flight, the room was somewhat clean but sofa bed smelled awful like urine so we all shared one bed. Out front had drugged up homeless people scavenging trash and approaching us with vulgar words. No dining outside of early breakfast.

Nice hotel, rooms are fine and so are the public areas, staff was nice. Pet fee is absurd, I thought it was $25/night but actually $150 flat fee + $25/night. The woman at the front desk was lovely, she saw how annoyed I was and tried to help, but this is an insane policy and I never would have booked had I known. Also there’s not much to do or see within walking distance, but you are. Lose to downtown via public transit. Good breakfast. Overall pretty good hotel but not worth the money
