Stayed here overnight with my mom, the beds are comfortable, nice city view, no microwave in rooms though, nice modern hotel.

Firstly, I booked this hotel through Agoda for 4 people and request 2 queen beds, but Agoda apparently didn't send the correct memo. Secondly, after I had already checked in and things were squared away the first night, I got a call on the second day of my reservation from hotel staff telling me my reservation was only for one night - not two nights - and that I had to leave immediately. I said no, I had a booking confirmation stating two nights and I would gladly email it over; however, the hotel staff member insisted that my reservation was only for one night and she was very condescending about it as well, calling me "sweetie." I didn't appreciate the tone and politely repeated that I could send her the reservation again to which she said she would have to call me back after some investigation. Why was there no initial investigation before this call? This was completely unprofessional and I will not be booking with this hotel again.
