Convenient place with bad parking and little to no staff interaction.

Close to major attractions (~10 min drive from Space Needle/Pikes) but you’ll either need a car or an ORCA card to get around somewhat easily. Good if you just need a convenient place to stay in Seattle for vacation.

Parking lot is mid and difficult to find parking. View was meh. Room was fairly clean and spacious but it had an extremely strong bleach smell that lasted for the first day and gave my gf a headache. Didn’t have house slippers and staff was not very helpful both in person and via phone.

Basic accommodations - comfy bed but overpriced

It was in a pretty good location, though not especially close for walking to any of the major sites. Bed was comfortable and room was well equipped. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Floor was dingy and it is ridiculous to pay $8 for a bottle of water. Cost for the room was higher than I would expect for pretty basic accommodations.

Unfriendly staff. Slow elevator, stair exits unclear. Housekeeping staff and front desk are not friendly at all. Hardly any direction on the location of our room or information about available amenities. Should have included breakfast for the price. The parking garage was tight and our car got damaged.

Great location and clean, comfortable room—but the lack of basic amenities and unexpected extra char

The location was excellent—very central and convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast was good, and the person serving it was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the easy access to parking and the availability of parking space.

Great location, but disappointing service and unexpected charges. The hotel’s location was excellent—very convenient and central. However, the overall experience was let down by poor room facilities. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided in the room. I had to request each item from reception, which they did supply, but these essentials should be ready in the room upon arrival. What I really didn’t appreciate was the unexpected extra charge. I was supposed to pay $818.92 USD for a 2-night, 3-day stay with breakfast included. However, my credit card was charged $916.67 USD. The reception never informed me about any additional fees, and I only discovered the overcharge after returning home. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left a sour impression.

Didn’t get to sleep due to housekeeping, trying to enter our room three times were told that we were liars and was argue

Staff tried to enter our room 3 times while we were sleeping starting at 8:15am on check out day - I talked with manager and I was told all of us in our room were lying and no one entered our room and I was talked down to like we were children! Do not stay here management was demeaning and argumentative!

Great room bit noisy from road side

As our son lives nearby it was the perfect location, if a little noisy from the roads below. Fab beds, huge room, great shower!

Convenient location, nice rooms, but service leaves a lot to be desired

Spacious room, comfortable bed

No daily cleaning, no fresh towels delivered each day. I went up to front desk in the morning to request room cleaning, they said they would, but they never did. I stayed 3 nights and it’s ridiculous that they didn’t even clean it once. At least leave new towels by the door each day if the cleaning policies are minimalist.

There was a group near the bar when we came in. They were very loud. We wanted to leave the lobby as quickly as possible. They were there, hours later, still drinking. And throwing up in the lobby bathroom. We wondered why the bartender didn't cut them off. Also: breakfast was mediocre.

Parking lot ok, room excellent, excerise stuff nice touch. Bed very comfortable, filtered water/ice available.

For an out of towner, had to park off property because it was difficult using gps to locate entrance and how to get to it. Very frustrating with local traffic. Called to get directions on how to approach and where to go only to be put on eternal hold with a final hang up. Finally parked, walked the neighborhood to find the proper entrance and how to get in. Your staff really didn’t give a “shit”. And assumed their instructions that were not very clear was adequate. I will not recommend future stays because of that reason. Breakfast is too late in the mornings for us early risers who need to be to work. Didn’t get to enjoy any form of a breakfast. Where would one go new to town and does not know the area. What a way to start a day, no food and cranky as a result.

The value does not match what we paid. The rooms itself were nothing out of ordinary, no housekeeping every day, and you have to pay for every single thing - even water is not complimentary. Parking is $45 a night as well, truly nothing special for paying over $700 for 2 nights. Breakfast is not included either

I enjoyed the location, well situated. The room was superb and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There is small gym equipment in the room that is pretty expensive to use. Like a medicine ball and resistance band. Saw that it was pretty pricey to use.

I wish our room had a microwave. Also the TV didn’t work. The bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. The food downstairs was pretty good. I know you can’t control all the taxes and fees (Convention Center fee?!?) But those were off-putting. Overall not terrible but not phenomenal either. Just decent.

Great location, excellent place to stay if you want to get around downtown Seattle and you do not have a vehicle.

The location is great. The staff were fantastic all around from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.

The parking is a pain in the ass. Getting in and out of the garage was frustrating. There is no signage indicating the pedestrian exit or entrance for that matter. The sign into the garage was covering up the card scanner so it was easy to miss it the first time.

Huge rooms and amazing beds

These rooms are huge! So spacious and the beds were so comfy. Loved having the small patio area to play some cornhole and the workout room had some great equipment. TV had some good choices for shows as well. All in all, we had a great stay.

Only offered breakfast from the restaurant inside, which was delicious but adds up fast after a few days. I would have liked a little more variety for the quick grab and go breakfast, such as bananas, bagels and cream cheese.

The room was very nice and the workout options a nice touch, however didn't get the opportunity to use any of them due to short stay. The shower was wonderful and offered 2 types of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The pillows were the worst, flat and 0 loft. Terrible for people with back and neck issues, or really for anyone who wants a good night's sleep. It was very expensive considering there wasn't a free breakfast, uncomfortable pillows and the room coffee machine didn't work. Free coffee wasn't even offered in the lobby. It was 3.00 for a cup of coffee. It's possible to purchase breakfast, but since your in Seattle it's probably cheaper and higher quality to visit a local breakfast, coffee shop. The bathroom doors don't lock or fully close which is an issue when sharing a room with family members or co-workers. I wouldn't give this place an 8, but I'm unable to change the number, very interesting.
