No Internet in the room. And when we tried to complain a few times they didn't offer a solution at all. The rooms are dirty and the blankets are dirty as well and dusty.

The general vibe was very old and rooms were tiny. Moldy shower and safe wasn’t working. Couldn’t be fixed at night (when we checked in). Bought a small $2 usd water bottle and staff didn’t mention they had a water dispenser right behind me (which we hadn’t noticed). I wrote a review before heading down the following morning. Lady at the front desk let me know that she was uspet about it. Staff tried to fix both issues first thing in the morning and couldn’t. We had to switch rooms. Found out that water bottles were actually only 1 USD when I saw a sign inside the reception area. Great location but very underwhelmed with the experience.

My family and I were shocked to see how old and rundown it was. Crack in our window, no screens, bathroom was old and dingy, missing hardware in the shower, walls stained and dirty-looking. Water temperature and water pressure in shower constantly fluctuated from hot to cold, a decent stream to very low stream of water. We all just couldn't wait to get out of there and be in a newer decent environment to be honest. I'm just really disappointed. I thought I had more photos but not seeing them now. Desk clerk overnight absolutely ruined this trip for us. Refused to give one member of our party who was arriving on a delayed flight a room key that was left for her on reception by another guest. Said she wasn't registered on the room, but the previous clerk had allowed a key to be left. Either a complete failure to communicate by staff or he was just being unbearably difficult. Left her in tears in the hotel lobby at 1.30am refusing to give her the key that was left under her name. Refused to talk to the travel agent on the phone, despite having booking reference, card numbers etc. Just a truly awful experience. Thankfully another member of the touring party woke up and let her in, but she was so upset it completely ruined the trip and she couldn't sleep. Terrible service.

Everyone who worked there was so nice, but the hotel is in need of major updates. Wires are hanging in the hall and lights flicker like you’re the star of a horror movie lol. Also they do not serve breakfast anymore. But everyone who worked there was so nice!

This is our go to hotel for Seattle. Fairly basic no frills hotel but good location. Walking distance to the Space Needle (we do Base 2 Space every year). Room was clean, beds are comfy. Parking is not free but you can also try street parking as an option.

I was disappointed with this stay. The hotel was rated as “Good” (7/10) on Hotels.com, but the reality was very different. The property is old, dark, and poorly lit. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall atmosphere felt worn down and uninviting. Most concerning was that the hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown on Hotels.com. The photos were bright, modern, and welcoming, but the actual condition of the rooms and common areas told a very different story. I don’t think the current rating or photos accurately reflect the true condition of this hotel.

The building and rooms are outdated, however it was very clean and perfectly served our purpose. We got in easy and early, staff was polite and easy to work with. The hotel was completely acceptable for “what you got” with the location. If you’re alright staying in an older clean hotel and do not need upgrade amenities it’s a good save option to see Seattle.

The sink was broken, the water didn't flow. We had to use the shower to wash hands.

place was very bare minimum, skme things were made improperly, closet door hinge was reversed so it wouldn't latch and close properly, the sink was terrible to wash hands in, you had to shove ykur hands into the wall of the sink to hey water running on them. The price is just not worth the quality they give you. One good thing I can say is that the employee's are great and wonderful, everything else is definitely subpar and motel status

First thing I was approached by a person asking for spare change. The facility seemed to be under cnstruction with lots of noise. Facility was very dirty. Staff was very nice and accomidating. Room was not clean. Bed not comfortable. I could have stayed at a Hyatt for less $$$ Never again.

I killed at least 12 sugar ants in my bathroom. The hot tub was out of order. The place is outdated. Definitely not a $140+ a night place. The surrounding area has new(er) places for almost the same price. Plus, an extra $20 a night for parking??
