Courtney & Jonathan were great at reception, rooms very clean, upgraded to a Space Needle view by Jonathan without even asking, due to Bonvoy Marriott membership… Ladro coffee shop great in lobby, rooftop bar has awesome views! The rooms are very small, but overall an awesome experience! Definitely going back soon!

Went to the coffee bar and they had a great variety of milks and flavors. Pastries were toasted and delicious. The room was very clean and easy to use the amenities. We called for more toilet paper and blankets and items were brought in a good amount of time. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions.

My expectations were high as the last hotel I stayed at was the “W” in Atlanta, Georgia. First trip with my boys since my divorce and my 21-year-old chose Washington State to start our new adventures. We had a beautiful view of the Space Needle out the window and well worth the upgrade. Easy convenience was my priority, the café, room service and restaurant met my expectations. The staff were friendly and the robot was innovative.

Hotel so so ... good location, terrible frontdesk attention and terrible breakfast service, thue worst I ever had in this kind of hotel .. They have the rooftop and this make not so confortable for the guests! I prefer to recommend other hotel , at least for family travel!

Hotel is new and clean. Not ideal for families as rooms are quite tight. Breakfast was for two adults while we were travelling with little kids, who would not eat as much and could have been accommodated easily just by looking at them. That would have been really kind and not much for the hotel staff.

The staff at optimum are fab specifically Scott the bartender. It’s like being at your neighborhood bar. The sky bar is too loud after a long day. Randilynn our server ask for her she so kind and joyful stop in even if your not staying here it’s worth it. Courtyard on the side of optimum nice place to watch the world and enough people watching.
