I wish there was better management and staffing.

The jacuzzi was nice and the bistro staff was very kind. The layout of the room is spacious and nice.

The manager that we saw when we left was very rude. I have an infant and a child and she was talking about noise and all we were doing was getting them ready to check out and the infant needed a nap. But, there was a crowd that partied on New Years Eve and no one said anything about them. When I voiced my complaints and concerns, she brushed me off. There were no towels for the pool or gym. We did not get room service the whole stay. The pool is supposed to be heated but, it was freezing. The batteries in the remote were dying and I could never find anyone to assist with new batteries. I had to buy new ones after I gave up on asking them or trying to find someone.

Very conveniently located to the airport. The staff were excellent. I love that they had the small bistro available to get a bite to eat without having to leave the property.

The system assigned a room with one king bed. We reserved a king with a sofa sleeper as we had 3 adults in the room. The person that checked us in did not notice and we went to the room saw there was no sleeper sofa and had to go back to the lobby to get a different room.

It was okay, but not anything to write home about.

There really wasnt anything spectacular about our stay here.

The woman that checked us in did not set our keycard for the appropriate amount of days, so we ended up getting locked out of our room and had to have the key reprogrammed (which honest mistake, just a minor inconvenience). The other thing that really bothered me was the fact that the room had some sort of mold issue, every morning I woke up with my face swollen. Also in regards to comfort the pillows were not great, kept going flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. I also had some concerns after our stay about the charges to my husbands card, they did not match the charges on our receipt and when I contacted the location about it they said it was up to our bank to remove those charges, which honestly I have never heard of before. Another thing that I was not super thrilled about is the fact that there didnt appear to be enough parking for the amount of people that were at this location, people were blocking our vehicle as well as several others.

9/10, excellent experience for the most part

Everything was perfect, and I especially appreciated the pack n play for the baby!

The shuttle from the airport ended at 11... my flight got in at 1120pm I was traveling with an infant... we had to walk, and it wasn't walking distance. Our car seat was in my in-laws car, who drove to Knoxville, because they don't fly... I really needed that shuttle.. it's the reason I chose this hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed the facility. It was located near family and we felt safe during our time.

Staff were friendly, and the facility was well kept.

I asked for our room to be cleaned one day, and this didn't happen. Also, having to pay nearly $4 for two small cartons of milk was too much. I'm not sure why a complimentary breakfast wasn't offered.

I like that it was near the convention I was going to.

The service was awful and I’ve stayed at other courtyards and it seems to be the trend. They lady at the front desk made me call you guys to get the merchant card number then realized the reason it wasn’t going through is because she put the wrong amount in. It was very embarrassing.

They didn't honor Booking reservations. They sold my room, and left me hanging at midnight in the cold. They didn't care and do anything to fix it. Meanwhile, I saw other clients arriving after me, that were given room keys. The worse experience. Marc, who said was the manager, was disrespectful and even discriminatory. I would never go to that hotel again I do not recommend it for anyone.

Not completely what I was expecting

When I called to confirm our reservations the lady I talked to was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She apologized for the wrong information, I was given earlier, about a late night pick up. We chatted a bit and she said she might be on duty when we arrived. Sure enough, she was, and checked us in. She made us feel like old friends. Check in was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name, but I can't.

We arrived on our plane late, it was after 10 pm. Before I made my plane reservation I had called the hotel and ask if there was a pick up service that late. The man I talked to said yes, even that late. When I called to confirm our reservations, just before leaving for Tennessee, the lady I spoke to said that pick up stopped at 9 pm, so we had to take a taxi the one mile to the hotel. I was led to believe there would be a free breakfast. There was none. If I wanted to buy something there was a fancy cook cooking food at very expensive prices. After checkout my nephew took us to a fast food establishment.

WiFi was atrocious everywhere. Solid signal, but horrendous speeds. Unable to hold a simple Zoom with video, sites loaded slowly. Entire family has the same experience. We wound up switching WiFi off and just using cellular (Verizon) and it astonishingly faster.

Cleaning service came once in 7 days and only after asking multiple times. And they did a terrible job. No tissues, no actual cleaning, no soap. Horrible.

The staff wasnt trained very well at the place to eat for drinks . The bed was the worst I have ever slept in. It had some sort of bed cover under the sheet, that caused both my husband and I to sweat and stick to the bed , waking up nasty sweaty.
