We stayed only one night, but declared to stay there again if ever in the Knoxville area.

Loved being across from Bojangles!

Didn't like the high beds, but all hotels are like this now. Very hard for a senior citizen or someone with a handicap to get into the bed.

Good Stay!

We arrived for check-in super late. The first room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Perhaps a puppy accident? I returned to the front desk where I received a sincere apology and was immediately given a different room. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze, and airport shuttle driver was also nice. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their lot for 10 days. Parking rates are way less than airport parking. Great staff, great amenities, and a clean room made for a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again!

There was no breakfast!

Water puddle on the floor in front of air conditioner King Size mattress needed to be rotated because it sagged really bad on the left side. Towels and washcloths were very thin and rough toilet had a dark stain at the bottom of the toilet I actually thought it was poop.

We would most definitely stay here again! a 35-45 min drive to the great Smokey Mountains and very convenient to eating

Overall the property was good, could use a little cleaning in the stairwells and the entrance/exit ways where there is heavy foot traffic. Other than that it was good.

Everything was ok! The only issue we had was the couch in the living space was covered in pet hair that kept getting all over out kids clothes and we had to cover it with a sheet. The rest of the room was very clean and neat.
