Helpful Staff

Promptness of Mr.Charles Greg night duty staff when I called him for help when my husband fell. He help us all the way even using a rolling chair to bring him downstairs to let us go to the hospital. My sincerest gratitude to Mr. Greg.

Worst hotel visit I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and plenty of Hiltons

There was not anything I liked about this hotel

The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, we had to have the keys redone 6 times before it would ever work the first room they put us in the air was out on the floor and it was miserable and the faucet in bathroom was broken, they moved us to another floor and the handle to the shower was extremely loose and was ready to fall off, there was pubic hair in the wall of the shower that should have been cleaned but wasn’t I even have a picture as proof , the air didn’t seem to work in our room at night despite dropping the air to 68, the breakfast was not even mediocre the eggs and sausage was cold the oatmeal was very bland even adding brown sugar didn’t help it any I only managed to eat 2-3 bites of breakfast. And the lobby had a stinch to it that was overbearing.

The lobby is nice. We have stayed here before and it has been good. Also, we stay at try when we have the option when traveling.

The room was wet. Our comforters were wet. I think it was from the moisture of the air conditioner. The floor was sticky.

We hadn't been in that area for about 4 yrs visiting family, but staying at this place was worth the trip ! Convenient to everything , great staff, nice room, clean , great price, breakfast was like eating at home ! Staff really made it edible, not thrown together ! The older hotels around them need to go get some tips of doing the same or better !!

I like to open windows, but I know hotels don't always have that to offer. I just like fresh air!

Overall it was a good facility but I was unhappy about the lack of housekeeping.

We were there 5 nights and housekeeping never made it to our room. Mattresses were soft & a little lumpy. Bathroom sink had a mildew smell. I told the front desk but it was not addressed.

Not a good choice

It was close to airport for late night arrival

The bed was horrible. It had a huge dip and creaked with every movement. The tv didn’t work and the shower leaked all over the floor despite having a solid shower door. The blinds were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at . Reserved a king bed over sox months ago. Given two doubles and was told “sorry we overbooked”.

We enjoyed our stay, but there are some things that need to be improved with the rooms.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. I really liked the roll in shower. The breakfast selection was nice.

There was only one nightstand with lamp. You really need to have one on each side of the bed! Also, having a refrigerator but no microwave was disappointing. The tv didn’t have a clear picture. We wanted to use our fire stick, & it never would connect.

Perfect location for airport

One night stay after long flight. Easy checkin. Good sized room very clean and comfy beds. Walking distance to Ruby Tuesday and McDonald’s. Free air port shuffle. Great breakfast.

A refreshing safe haven

Building was lovely and staff were extremely kind. The soaps and shampoo provided in the bathroom smelled incredible, and I slept very very well.

Pleasant staff, but no frills room.

Morning staff went out of their way to get us to the airport when shuttle driver failed to show. Provided fresh coffee while we waited. Evening gentleman provided fresh hot water for tea.

King size bed took up entire room. Minimalist room, no coffee maker, no closet. Okay for overnight but really bare bones. Room was not ready at 3pm. Communication between housekeeping and second shift poor.

Very nice hotel near airport

Breakfast was good. It had plenty of choices. Pancakes were tasty. Fruit and yogurt were nice options as well. Muffins were so yummy.

Night staff and shuttle driver were great.

Bathroom was not clean, blind was broken. Biggest issue however was transportation from the airport. I called the front desk earlier in the week to say we were going to arrive in the airport at midnight, could they send a shuttle. I was told by the person I talked to that the shuttle didn’t run that late and to take a cab. However, there were no cabs or Uber or Lyfts available when we tried to get one and there were multiple people trying to find a cab. When we finally arrived to the hotel via a cab that a cop helped us get, the night staff person said we could have requested the shuttle. Very confusing communication.
