Nasty rooms

Nothing was liked about this property!

The room smelt funny, the ventilation in the bathroom was nonexistent, and the floor under and in front of the ac unit was soaking go wet and was covered in mold. We verified the mold with a wash cloth on the floor! The lady who is responsible for the breakfast was always following the guests trying to constantly clean up behind them and was actually getting in everyone’s way, including myself!

The location and convenience to our work!

The sink was clogged in 218, the room smelt like mold, the room wouldn’t stay warm, and the ac/heat unit was sweating so much that it made the floor/carpet wet and it smelt bad! Also, there’s no exhaust vent in the bathrooms!

Great clean & very accommodating to your needs

I liked the breakfast hours however only meat option was pork. No Alternative. Breakfast hot food bar was always kept full. Staff stayed on top of everything. However I noticed the guess mess was not always cleaned up. Had spilled coffee & stuff on counter. Not enough counter space while fixing food. Also trying to leave from the motel on to Alcoa hwy was night mare.

A good place near the airport.

Your typical hotel, but what made our stay great was the young man at the reception. Very friendly, respectful and courteous. Also, great gym with machines and free weights. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Did not eat breakfast because of time, but peaked and it seemed to be your standard hotel breakfast, nothing crazy.

Necessities There, Luxuries Not!

Close to the airport. Clean, got a room on the first floor.

No hot tub, breakfast was fine but not great. Location has a really difficult entrance from the main road. In our bathroom both the soap and the lotion bottles were practically empty, had to use the soap bar and no luck on the lotion, even though we were there for 4 nights, it didn't get checked by cleaning service the entire time to know it was out. I really shouldn't have to complain to the front desk, it should be checked daily!

They sent emails saying my room was booked and a confirmation number then when I arrived they refused my booking.Then was charged 3 times for 1 nite.twice on my credit card and again through my bank card through PayPal and booking.com

Hotel clerk, questioning why I needed extra towels, then towels had holes in them. I am not stealing towels, fix your toilet paper holders, and the tub, wow... thats not ideal for handicap.

Accused me of smoking in the room because I smelled like smoke. Then told me they were charging me 200$ without testing the room for smoke. Then changed his story to say that he could charge me for smoking outside of the property and coming In. Very rude.

If u have a family member sent to UT hospital then it is a decent place to stay .

Within 15 mins to UT hospital. The room was clean we did feel safe there. It's felt better then most places around that area.

Property on the outside was neat and clean .

The floor in the room had not been cleaned I. Quite a while the bottom of my white socks were black from walking in my sock feet.
