Comfortable, nice staff, a simple easy overnight stay. Good AC!

Just a note about the airport shuttle. It is not theirs or like a shared shuttle with neighbouring hotels - it’s a contract service. Needs to be booked in advance, more like booking a car. The staff were good in getting me a last-minute booking. I’d recommend taking an uber instead though, just easier for everyone

The A/C inside our room kept us comfortable and cool. The king bed was very comfortable and did not hurt our backs. The blackout shades for the windows were excellent as well!!!!!

It was modern, had lots of amenities, and was a great location.

My room was extremely humid. After a day of running the Air Conditioning at full and then running the heat at full all night, the room felt wet. The entry way floor was wet enough to be slippery. We told staff about it and how it was uncomfortable and the only solution that was offered was “we’ll make a note of it.” No one came to look at it, no other room was offered, nothing.

Excellent breakfast, very close to Knoxville airport. The pool looked nice and clean. We appreciated that staff accommodated us with a late check out.

Scheduling a shuttle to the airport was difficult. It seemed that it was almost designed to be difficult, which is not acceptable for an airport hotel. Close to some good restaurants and a brewery that looked like a lot of fun.

Flew to Knoxville TYS from Texas. Flight (on American) that was supposed to leave TX at 8:25am and arrive in TN after a stop in Dallas never actually happened. Delay after delay led to canceling and switching to United. Originally scheduled to arrive in TN at 2:00pm and did not arrive until almost 9pm. These travel plans were made in February. Kept the Holiday Inn informed of my schedule changes as I did not want to lose the room and they were most helpful. Flew to Knoxville for a concert at The Shed in Maryville, a terrific music venue near TYS and the Holiday Inn. Other concert goers also stayed at the same hotel. Checked in after the concert because I drove directly from TYS to The Shed. Still had a room which was clean, comfortable, etc. Went downtown to another nightclub called Three Doors Down which serves food until 1:30am and had great live music. Holiday Inn & Suites is a great choice for accommodations in the Knoxville / Maryville area! There are plenty of dining options near the hotel if you get there earlier.

Breakfast was fine, especially on cheese omelet days!

Towel change and trash pick-up not always done, even when we were gone most of the day. But the staff was quick to correct the oversight. Also, we stayed 9 days, and it would have been nice to have the bathroom cleaned once during this longer stay. I believe the room was vacuumed once or twice. I had to request a change of sheets mid-week too. Again, it was done promptly once I asked.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many options. Food area was clean. Loved the large lighted mirror in the bathroom. It was quiet.

would be great if there was a hotel shuttle to the shed as this 3 day yearly event brings many to area hotels who are in need of transportation. people would pay $$$$ for that option

The room was impeccable! The location was superb! Every aspect of the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was very happy and didn't worry about anything there!

Breakfast was good but no bacon. There were pork sausage links and turkey sausage. Also, a little slow on replenishing food. Was told breakfast was served until 10am but the staff started taking things away a little after 9:30am.
