I missed my connecting flight, and even though I had documentation to prove that I was unable to utilize my reservation, the hotel refused to offer me a refund or credit toward a future stay. This room was paid for weeks in advance. The hotel should have offered something for an issue outside my control.

The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful and on point. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.Shower had supplies handy and good water pressure.Breakfast had plenty of choices and was refilled as needed.

Staff was very nice during our stay, beds were clean, the shower had great water pressure and got really hot. The breakfast was good and had several options, honestly one of the nicest hotel/motel we stayed in besides a Hampton. And that’s only the aesthetics would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I was looking early in the morning when we left around 4 AM a employee to let them know what happened that night we stayed cause it was horrible.Our room was looking normal until we started using the bathroom and the microwave. The microwave shock me on my hand it was doing a horrible sound like it was going to explode the bathroom had black mold and rust in the ceiling and walls my 2 year old daughter is allergic and at night she started coughing loosing breath very bad we filled the bathtub with warm water to give my daughter a bath before going to bed the bathtub started to pealing and black mold was falling from the ceiling into the water we also realize that the bathtub was painted with paint that you use for painting the walls. I guess it was rusty all that bathtub and somebody very smart painted the bathtub with that paint itwas floating in the water and particles were in my daughter’s hair and body. There was just one washer and one dryer in the building i had to wait for another person staying in la Quinta hotel to finish washing and drying his clothes. I end up finishing by 1 AM. It was not good my daughter right now still have that cough black mold is very dangerous and you got issues with that microwave
