Great beds low quality climate control.

The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean as were facility grounds.

The AC and heat in the rooms were so temperamental. They were so close to one bed one person would be far to hot and the other far to cold due to units location right in front of one of the beds.

Truthfully, nothing besides the staff at the front desk that I spoke to.

Location, parking, clientele inside the hotel (esp the domestic situation beside of us in our first room. We moved rooms), mold inside the bathtub (in the new room we changed to while there), dried blood on the wall in the bathroom, loud children running amuck and hanging out in the lobby and playing in the halls at night time making it difficult to go to sleep, loud music in the lobby and same thing, uncomfortable bed. Overall we felt unsafe, uncomfortable, dirty, frustrated and we would not recommend this place. We booked it for two nights but left after the first night mainly bc of the mold situation. My daughter has a lot of allergies and I did not want her exposed to that any longer given she was already not feeling great. I am really hoping the manager does call like promised by the front staff to discuss our refund.

It's by the airport, shuttle was free and easy to arrange, very nice staff running it

The woman in line who checked in before me was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When she came back visibly shaken that she had just barged in on someone sleeping in an already occupied room, front desk staff were pretty unbothered. A new key to a different room was issued with barely an apology. As a woman travelling alone, I was unnerved by the thought that the front desk staff had made such an error - what if they handed out my room key to someone later? Did not love this.

Great value and easy access to airport.

This was just for an overnight before a 6am flight. We did not get in until 11 pm. Staff was very responsive. Shuttle was very flexible and on time. It is pretty much across the street from the airport so very convenient. Room was nicely appointed. TV had Netflix and other streaming in addition to the basic cable that is at other places.

The only good thing was the worker who was diligently making sure the breakfast areawas clean and stocked.

Dirty, room had a horrendous smell, elevator and halls smelled like smoke, beds were gross, and it was just down right sketchy. :(

An excellent hotel close to the airport. We were picked up at the airport on arrival and taken back on departure. As we had a later flight we were allowed to store our luggage at no extra cost. All the facilites you would expect. Good breakfast included.

The bed was amazing, best nights sleep in a long time. Room was nicely laid out. The pool area was clean and lots of towels were available.

Immediately when we walked in the door there was rat poison on the floor which should have been a sign for us to leave. The whole place was dirty. There was black mold in our bathroom and on the wall by the air conditioner. When we told the man at the front desk that we wanted to check out early he told us that we couldn’t and said too bad.

Great stay and would stay here again

The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I asked for extra towels and pillows it was done immediately which I appreciate. The food was great and I liked the variety of choices. I love the fact that the pool was open early and closed late to give families time to enjoy it at their leisure. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my visit.

The pool room/ area could have been kept cleaner/monitored better. Every time we were in there there were less and less dry clean towels for us to use. Plus the towels were so small my 30 lb granddaughter couldn't even wrap it around her.

Location location location. It is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to and from airport. It’s an enterprise rental car location close by and Starbucks and several other restaurants in walking distance or short drive. It’s really convenient and my room was nice.

Smelly rooms, old dated hotel.

The recepcionist made all that was possible to put us in a better room. I appreciated that.

The room we first got was smelly, a real terribly odor resembling a mixture of wet carpet and mould. I went immediately to the front desk and asked for a better room which was given to us by the clerk. I found out that all the rooms were carpeted and perhaps this could be an issue in that area. I am glad that we skiped that smelly room. The tub drain was clogged which is very disgusting.
