A pleasure and quick ride to the airport so i didn't miss my flight

The hotel staff and shuttle driver were amazing. The shuttle driver Cindy ran me to a restaraunt to pick up some take out which was amazing. They made sure I got some food so I could eat thw night before my early flight. Very friendly and helpful all the staff were tto me.

Great option when you have a late flight

Free airport shuttle, decent breakfast, comfy bed. Flexible with airport transfer times.

Shuttle service wasn't easy to find, I arrived quite late at night and I missed the first one because I was walking around the airport trying to find where it goes from, then I has to wait for 20-30 minutes for the next one.

Our stay at the Hampton couldn’t have been better!

The hotel had everything we were looking for: cleanliness, the room design, staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool was great! Most of the properties around the airport area had indoor pool, which I understand can be year-round, but sometimes you just need a place to grab some sun. Lots of seating and lounge chairs. The only recommendation would be to have a couple of umbrellas for those who may want to sit outside without the rays.

So many things not working

The location, the pool, The staff

The keyless system was broken, one of the elevators was broken, the ice maker on the first floor didn't make ice, we asked to have our room made up and it wasn't, The room was muggy and warm. The air conditioner didn't work well, the water saving shower head was more focused on saving water than actual function.

Great airport hotel!

We loved the staff we interacted with and the free shuttle service to/from the airport.

The hotel was experiencing air conditioning problems but was working on it. Luckily, we were there to sleep before our early morning flight. So we showered and were comfortable sleeping. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight.

Convienient, welcoming and friendly

We didn’t appreciate there was a shuttle from and to the airport which was a nice surprise when we found it. Room was comfortable and roomy, but some aircraft noise, which isn’t surprising when you are this close. Breakfast was better than expected, although slightly disappointed with the plastic, presumably single use, cutlery.

The bath tub was nasty, it had hair all on the walls and shower curtain, in the tub felt slimy and something greenish yellow which appears to be from previous guests nostril was on the wall. A drink was left in the fridge and in the fridge is rusty. People were smoking right across from the door way. No water on the table with the coffee for guests.

Clean, coffee all day/night, comfortable, enjoyable place to stay!

We absolutely loved the fact that they had free coffee out all day/night! This was such a pick-me-up from a long-winded, adventurous day! 9/10 staff members were amazing!

There was not much to dislike honestly. There was a night shift employee who was unfriendly and seemed bothered to be asked questions. The shower didn't give enough hot water.

Clean but showing age. Staff encounter acceptable.

The bed and pillows were horrible. My stay was to avoid a middle of the night drive for an early flight I should have saved .only because the bed was so bad I couldn't sleep.

A great stay.

The location was excellent. My flight was too early to attend breakfast. The wake up service was perfect, and the shuttle service to the airport was great, as the friendly driver was already waiting at 5:00 am for passenger pick up. Using this airport in the future, I would surely choose Hampton Inn for my next vist.
