Not the worst

Room was clean for a hotel. The breakfast was enough to hold you over.

Check in we told the pool was closed. I’m very disappointed since that’s one of the main reason we booked this hotel.

Nice stay, room for improvement, worth the money.

The clean room with nearly new carpet. The breakfast was good.

The AC unit in our room didn’t run correctly. It would not shut off when it reached the selected temperature, which caused us to wake up in the middle of the night freezing.

We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the lobby area and exploring the well lit sidewalks outside. Our beds inside the room were perfectly made.. My children had a great time in the pool.

There was trash under the sink from previous guest and a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain

Great place, unfortunate mistake by staff.

The location is great. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, a few things missing like syrup and fruit.

We were charged double upon our arrival. It was a mistake on the end of the guy at the front desk. He didn't see I already paid on booking.com and charged my card again. I was told that they would reverse and release that charge back to my debit card. It has been a week and it still has not been released. Anyone with 4 kids knows that if and extra $350 goes missing from your account for a week it really matters. This has been the greatest frustration with an otherwise good place to stay.

Absolutely perfect, will book there for now on!

Breakfast was fancier than usual! The eggs were seasoned and the potatoes,really made the breakfast stand out as opposed to muffin brand,waffles or just scrambled eggs. Your front desk employee was amazing,he so helpful! Your evening staff is the best by far I've ever seen! Loved the single served meals in fridge as option, especially when I arrived late checking in and was needing to eat. The lasagna suggested was right on the money! It was really good. I told my husband we are staying there round trip every time we go through which is twice a year at least! Will highly recommend!

Honestly absolutely nothing! Oh bonus...coffee was available fresh even at 8:30 pm which is around time I checked in finally!
