Horrific

Location of hotel is good, certain staff members were kind, others horribly rude.

Just about everything else. Being lied to by staff members, being disrespected by staff members, no fresh towels, no room cleaning, appliances that don't work properly, no ice, and most importantly an abundance of little friends called roaches! And staff absolutely does not care one bit.

Staff, cleanliness. Laundry facilities broken, property unkept and random people handling outside. Not 34 hr staff. No towels or dishes available and charge random fees as they want to ditch out explanation

A comfortable and no frills stay

-Comfortable bed, big fridge, plenty of space, no frills. -Taps, toilet flush, air con, fridge, lights are all in good working condition. -The timer for the toilet light is a great idea. -Everything looks nice and new as if it has been recently refurbished. -Staff/security were v friendly. I checked in close to 10pm and the security knew exactly what to do. Instructions were clear and queries very well handled.

-Floor can be cleaner. I had to get a broom to sweep. No dustpan was provided though which made the cleaning less convenient. -i asked for one extra pillow but there wasn't any available

I didn't like that there was no breakfast . I not even a Lil bit like that I stayed for 2 nights with my son and my room did not get cleaned and I wad only giving 2 towels for 2 days for 2 people

My stay was great I came in town for Derby this was a great price however I will say I have never stayed at a hotel like

I liked that it was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was great and it was quiet for the most part.

it wasn’t too much, I didn’t know they did not have irons so I had to go purchase one right before Derby so I was rushing a bit but outside of that nothing much!

friendly and accommodating staff ! also nice rooms clean tidy and workable! overall quiet and cozy atmosphere even beyond the staff branching out to the customers. didn’t hear anyone out arguing , see anyone passed out or even a frown!

The staff was nice. No bugs.

Maaaan. I stayed a week. My room had this weird smell the whole time. The free version of the WiFi was absolutely garbage. The hallways stunk. The stairways stunk. People take their dogs out to poop and just leave the poop. So when it rains it smells like a sewer outside , in some places. The bed was totally uncomfortable. They didn't have any cups , spoons , forks , pots , nothing. Slow smelly elevator. Overall. It felt like I was living in a half-way house for ex cons.. Or a homeless shelter. I won't be back here.

I liked how well the rooms were clean. And the staff were so kind and helpful.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and there were a lot of noises coming from behind the walls. But in the hallways it wasn't too loud.

この辺りでは群を抜いて安価。コインランドリーがGoogle Pay（Apple Pay）対応となり、大量のクォーターが必要なくなった。（洗剤は必要）深夜１時に到着したが、スタッフが暖かく迎い入れてくれた。　特に沖縄に滞在経験のあるスタッフはホスピタリティに溢れて親切だった。

冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、キッチンを備えてますが、鍋、カラトリーなどは有料レンタルです。沸騰ポットはありません。　私は犬を飼っていて気になりませんでしたが、廊下はペット臭がします。（部屋によっては）深夜に夫婦喧嘩や重低音が響きます。神経質な人にはオススメ出来ません。
