It served its purpose but likely will not stay here again.

It was located close to fast food and gas stations and right off the highway.

The pool was cloudy, couldn’t see the bottom and freezing cold. The beds were uncomfortable. The curtain to the window didn’t close all the way. The door to the room wouldn’t close all the way on its own. The inside of the window was dripping wet with condensation. Interior appearance dirty and dingy.

Never feel so insecure in a hotel ever

On my last night someone(s) tried to enter into my room using the back door (parking) around 6:00am... it was very scary situation for me to be waked up due the noise! They were almost in the room, lucky me I blocked the entry with some luggage and when they notice that I was waked up they stoped, closed the door and left using a car... the worst security and safety experience ever. I'm never going to use this hotel again in my life. I mentioned this issue to the guy at the front desk and asked to look the security camaras but I guess they don't have in that area.

My room the first night when the air was on smelled like smoke, not the hotels fault. The smell was from ppl smoking in front of the unit . I was quickly moved to a different room on the 3rd floor.

It was well enough

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast of biscuits and sausage was really good. Staff was nice. Because of pool being closed the hotel made arrangements at another hotel to allow us to swim.

Bathroom was tiny no room, no sink in bathroom, Pool was out of order with no notice til booked. Fridge was not cold enough to keep food n drinks cold.

Did not like the property

When we 1st arrived we were unloading our bags. Went to the car and our card key would not reopen the door. We were locked outside our room for 2 hours with wallet purse and car keys inside. Changed rooms when we awoke that morning the commode had no water so could not use the bathroom. Went out to a gym came back to no hot water for a shower

The stay was great except for the part where you stole money from my account.

The room was great, breakfast was good and for the most part, the staff were attentive and professional.

They double charged me for the room and after SEVEREL conversations, I am left with the conclusion that this could take up to five days to correct. I find this unacceptable. The fact is that your company removed money from my account without my authorization. This constitutes theft and your resolution to such an erroneous event should be expedited. In 2025, with the technology available, there should be no reason for me to wait 5 days for my hard-earned money that I did not EVER give you permission to take to be returned to me. So though the facility and staff were wonderful, the way that your policies deal with this issue have left a bad taste in my mouth and this does not allow me to recommend your hotel to others. Perhaps review the policy and make effective changes.

this is an older hotel/motel, there’s been redone and it is very pretty on the inside and the rooms are very unique! We had the door to the hallway like a hotel, and the hallway was clean and well lit. But then the coolest thing is there’s another door once you get into the room there’s an outside door where you can park your car right in front of your door and just bring your things in there instead of having to load on a cart and go down the hallway. This is a very unique hotel/motel because of the dual doors I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I felt safe as well. There were quite enough locks on the doors in the windows to keep me safe.

The hotel is a very comfortable hotel, but the breakfast offerings what I would expect. But nothing was wrong. I just didn’t expect a limited menu.

I went down there for a friends wedding and was a little nervous about the price of the hotel with how cheap it was, but

I love that the staff was super friendly and helped us with anything we need. I loved the location of the facility. It was outside of the city, but it was a very short commute to anywhere we wanted to go. And another plus was to have our own private entrance into our room with our own parking spot.

They keep stealing money off your credit card Double charing rooms not paying any of it back first never got my $100 deposit stay or the extra charges they charge after already paying your room second time we stayed they charged me $333 for our 3 days and took an extra $182 off on top of my $333 and never gave my $100 deposit back either it’s been 3 weeks no still won’t give me back my $282 or my deposit from the first stay! I am not the only person another lady was at the counter complaining they keep double charging her and they took all kinds of money from her card too

Wonderful stay, wonderful facility and staff

When I first walked in it was clean and the atmosphere relaxing. Our room was very spacious and clean. The receptionist of the desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quickly done and she answered any questions I had. We were thankful to have a luggage cart to use to carry on items to our room. The elevators were very spacious we didn't feel cramped with the luggage cart. The hallway is very clean quiet lit up well. We went down to the pool area my daughter had a great time in the pool. It was very clean taking care of. There was plenty of places to sit and for her to enjoy herself. After the pool we need some extra towels and we were able to get those and extra toilet paper with no problem. We had a whale working refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of room to eat and move around and the beds were very comfortable.

The only complaint that we have is that the air in our room did not get cool enough. I know everyone's temperature is different so it could just be us. But we could not get it to cool off enough for our liking. Other than that we had a great visit

We were in accessible room and would have expected an ADA compliant toilet. Regular toilets are too low, and the one in our room was round vs. oblong and the seat was broken, making it unsafe If coffee is offered throughout the evening, it should be hot and fresh. Neither were the case.

Property was nice, clean. Was welcomed by staff as soon as I entered and check in was quick and easy. Room on the 1st floor with access to the room from the outside which was nice. It seemed to be a very nice motel. But being woken up every night at 3 am by a dog & loud woman with different men right next to us was unbearable.

It was a shelter

When we finally were moved to a room that was accessible to my handicapped mother on the second night it was a decent room but more importantly she could get in and out to go to the event we came to town for.

Had to keep on staff to be able to get moved to a room that would accommodate her mobility issues. Also the bathroom was tiny and one of the two rooms I rented had the mattresses sliced open. The pool was gross both times we tried to use it the 2 nights we were there. Hair floating everywhere.
