Staff: The best, extremely friendly and very helpful. Facilities: Poor. If this was my first stay at a FI I would not plan to stay in one again. Pool was closed by health dept (seriously, there was a red gov sign saying so.) We stayed 5 nights and saw no effort to clean it up. Workout room: Of 3 machines only 2 worked (big sign on treadmill “Terribly sorry” but no visible effort in 5 days to fix it. ) Water fountain with “filtered” water in work out room had flashing lights “please change filters.” Triple filter but all three needed changing, Room: the TV was out 2x so we were moved to another (smaller) room. One room number was a taped piece of paper. (Not a big deal but combined with other evidence it looks like the message is “let’s save money and not maintain anything. Not a good look for a Fairfield Inn. Staff was amazing but whoever oversees maintenance needs to find another job.

Small room! We had a king bed but no where to put are luggage! Check in was maybe the worst! She had no input or knowledge of anything about rates and had to check with the manager! Very disappointed with a hotel that was rated so high! You have to join there club to get WiFi! Really! At least that was what I was told! Never Again!

I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay was alot different. For starters, the air in my room was not cooling so the hotel gave me a fan that was half broken, we couldn't change rooms because we were told the hotel was booked, and from the parking lot, that was true. The room also had broken items that I took pictures of because I didn't want to get any surprise charges. Next issue was linen for the pullout bed. We called the frontdeask and they told us we had to come to the front desk to get some linen because they couldn't leave the front desk because they were short handed. But I will say this...The next day we left early and came back around noon and all issues were addressed. So the stay was not all bad. Just started off bad.

The front desk staff is amazing. They are most helpful and very nice. The cleaning could use more attention. The bed is comfy and shower has nice water pressure. I believe someone had smoked in my room prior to arrival. When I went to my room the window was fully open and it smelled unpleasant. I made a couple of cups of coffee and left the window open until bedtime and that seemed to help.

After Check-in I was not given the room that I had paid for so we had to go back and request the room that we did pay for. I specifically got your room. That was supposed to have a rolling shower for my son. That is great in a wheelchair. The bathroom was very large, which was nice. The only problem being is they crammed everything into one corner where the shower and sink are. So there's absolutely no room for maneuverability to get the chair, get him out of the chair and whatnot the sink is very badly misplaced, also, all of the doors are extremely heavy and difficult to open. So if you were someone with a handicap, trying to open them, your cells and maneuver into the room, it would be an absolute not able to do, they are so happy and they close on you so quickly. Second thing that I found upsetting was that we were not offered fresh linens on our second day of our stay. No one came to retrieve any garbage, so that was a little upsetting. The staff were very friendly and I did not voice my concerns to them because it was during my stay and I did not want any issues. I just will not be staying with with this hotel.In the future.

Easy parking. Beautiful entry way. They have renovated the hotel which they have done beautifully. Our room was very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast which was good. Would definitely recommend it. I wish that the vanity was bigger in the bathroom. But other than that it was great.

Old building that needs a lot of updating. Staff was very nice. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the free breakfast. Due to a packed schedule I figured it would be very convenient. They offer breakfast from 6-10AM. I was there at 7AM and there was only cereal. They stated that they had ran out of everything else. This was clearly an issue with ordering supplies/food. I was very disappointed.

The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom daughter was sick and could have used it. Didn’t find. Plunger for toilet that got clogged. Breakfast. There was no toast bagels individual milks. Very sparse. Other than that they stay was fine

We stayed in this hotel last year and this year while visiting family. We like the room with a sofa bed included because our youngest son joins us for a couple of nights. The staff is friendly, the breakfast included is good, and the beds are comfortable. My only complaints would be a musty smell that comes out of the air conditioner/heater unit (smells like filter may need to be changed or needs maintenance maybe), and view of a full dumpster outside our window if you look down (construction going on so kind of understand why it was there though). Good hotel for an extended stay (if you don’t need a kitchen/kitchenette for cooking). It also has a washer/dryer available on first floor which we used a couple of times. Laundry room is clean, requires room key access, easy to use/coin operated machines, and includes a place to hang and fold laundry.
