NO HOT TUB

Good location, bed was comfortable.

They are under construction and there is literally 15 foot stacks of old mattresses taking up half the lobby and boxes lining the halls. The pool looked nice but the hot tub has been concreted over and I booked solely for the hot tub feature. My key card quit working and so did my husband's. Instead of giving me a new card she just reset it 3 times and when it never worked she let me in with her master key card. I was left with one of us being in the room at all times or we were locked out. Pretty disappointing stay but the value was good.

Lady at the front desk was pleasant.

We pulled in old, dirty mattresses laying in the parking lot along with all the old tables and night stands meanwhile a huge dumpster was sitting there. We walked in check in was fine. The is a message posted telling customers they can't take their breakfast to their room or on their way out of they'd be charged a $15 fee.. I've never seen anything like it. Get to the room, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet paper was dry but looked as if someone dropped it in water and then let it dry.. then their normal heat didn't work but they had space heaters heating the room. We checked out immediately! From now on, if Raddison is ever attached to the name we will pass. We arnt even over critical people, we dont need perfect, but I recommend you dont check in here if you read my message this far.

The little breakfast was fine.

I didn't like the decor. The beds looked like they were slept in. The TV didn't come on! It had to be downloaded. Unruly kid was in the next room hollering until 2 o'clock in the morning. Maybe one good thing while there, they were renovating. Bigger TV's and other furniture.

Lie to get business

I called and specifically asked for joint room. The gentlemen that I spoke to assure me that he had put in the request and it wouldn't be a problem. But when I arrived I was told that they couldn't give me a joint room as they are remodeling and their joint rooms are on the 4th floor. I was also told that I needed a $100 cash deposit, that I was not told when I called. There was an issues with getting towels for the pool questioning the amount of quest I had when I had two rooms. No accommodation or anything was offered for the inconvenience

They let me check in an hour early.

The rooms needed more attention and the amount of dust is ridiculous on the bedside lamps and other things. The windows are not suicide safe they have locks as homes do.

This hotel was not ass advertised. First it’s under construction and the lobby smells of paint. The hallway smelled of weed and the room was dirty. The water pressure was an absolute joke. The tv didn’t work. The remote had tape on the batteries. Some of the plugs didn’t work. The bathroom floor was very suspect on its cleanliness. The toilet paper was single ply and felt like sandpaper that would fall apart. The window seals were definitely not working anymore. And the curtains were falling apart with rips in them.

Pretty much everything about this Inn. I drove way out of my way to stay here after staying with you in Dalton GA. Loved, loved the GA Inn, so much that I made sure to stay with you again on my way home. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, this Inn felt like a Super 8. Cheap and Dingy. I will have to do more research next time before booking with you.

Reservation was not processed with Booking. Had to cancel and pay more at facility. Also, the first night we experienced a strong Marijuana smell when exiting the elevator. Luckily, whomever checked out the next day.

Great Stay

Nice breakfast. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sweet things like honey buns. Staff was friendly. Excellent value. Went up for a festival and would stay again.

Asked for a late checkout from the moment I booked my room on booking.com and got a “reply to my request” saying my request was approved. I get to the hotel and am told by the front desk lady that I do not have a late checkout out and she can’t do anything about it. I asked for late checkout since we weren’t checking in until almost 1am. Then we get to the room and it looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. $200 for an old crappy room for 10 hours

The staff is always so nice and friendly, from the front desk staff, to the cleaning ladies. Even the breakfast staff! I love it here! Everyone is always smiling. Check in is always quick and easy! The pool is always open and clean. 10 out 10 for sure! I'll be back soon!

I liked the cleanliness of this location.

The refrigerator in my room did not work, so all of my food spoiled!! I told the staff at the front desk who seemed to care less!!! Never was fixed or replaced. No resolution at all. They clearly don't give a damn about the guest that spend their hard earned money to stay in their establishment. The lady at the desk at check out was also very rude.

The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the staff was attentive.

The bathroom was a little sparsely decorated. There were no safety grab bars on the tub., The bathroom wasn't as clean as the main room. Bath towels were thin and skimpy, but acceptable.
