More than ok but not excellent.

We thought that the lack of a real restaurant was very sad. The cafeteria or whatever they call it was somewhat difficult and tricky to deal with; especially when you want a good dinner. Breakfast seemed marginal.

This is a perfectly nice hotel with basic amenities. It did not “blow my socks off,“ but it did meet my needs.

Pleasant room, convenient gym, really friendly Housekeeping staff

As petty & trivial as this is, I was bummed when staff elected to not put out afternoon cookies on a day (Thursday) that they said they normally do… found out from staff that they chose not to do so this past Thursday because there weren’t that many customers staying in the hotel. That was a disappointment and it made me feel as though I didn’t really matter that much to the front desk staff.

I liked the location. It was handy for the things I needed.

TV was broken in my first room & the A/C unit was faulty in the 2nd room they moved me too. Plus, I don't think Booking.com warned me about the $10 per day parking fee.

Everything went well.

During the Pandemic this Courtyard Marriott started charging an extra $10.00 a day for parking. Not shown on the Booking website. The fact that they charge parking at all is ridiculous! Just one more example of companies that have taken advantage of the Pandemic and are still using it as a reason to nickel and dime customers.

Place was clean, food was actually well done. Basically ate breakfast and dinner at the Courtyard. Great service, just don't like hidden fees. PS. Hey BOOKING.COM, you put my name in wrong for the reservation.

safe area, lots of restaurants close by, near the freeway.

we booked 2 rooms as a family (3 adults 2 kids) they didn’t have any connecting rooms when we got there. they were rude about it and it was super inconvenient. the bed was very uncomfortable. the cafe is over priced and no continental breakfast. also, a screw in our pack and play got loose and I called the front to see if they had a screwdriver we could borrow and they said no because maintenance closet was locked… it was between 4 and 5pm when I asked for it. they should at least have access to it?? a lot of little inconveniences added up to us not liking our stay.
