Location.

Rude staff. Took my daughter for her 13th birthday party with friends. We were out in a “handicap” room and her friends made fun of her. It was 76 degrees in the room. Everyone was hot and it’ll I couldn’t change temperature. Pull out sofa bed was so incredibly uncomfortable.

Great staff and beautiful hotel! My room was large and pretty. The breakfast was really tasty. I truly enjoyed the spa tub and all of the toiletries and water provided.

Something had chewed and damaged a portion of the wood around the refrigerator. Also, a program guide was not provided for the TV. There was a scanner code to get it, but it was scratched up and could not be read by my phone. I asked for one at the front desk, but they didn't have one. I appreciate a "physical" guide that also includes hotel info. My bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Amazing dog friendly hotel with wonderful on site restaurant and fantastic staff!!

My mom, her dog Piper, and myself made an unplanned stop here due to storms up north where we were heading. I called from a rest area about an hour away to ensure dogs were allowed. The wonderful woman working the front desk, I apologize because i do not remember her name, was so polite and willing to help despite her stating she was new and had not worked with checking in dogs. She did quickly though find the binder for dogs and confirmed that they are allowed. Once we arrived at check in, the sane woman on the phone, just as amazing in person, was at the front desk and checked us in. While checking in, some other amazing staff came over to meet Piper, with one bringing over a pup cup for Piper! The room we were in, was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. We also recommend the bar and grill that is on site! Again fantastic staff going above and beyond. We were ankles to sit outside with Piper to enjoy dinner without ordering it to go and eating in our room. The food was delicious! Definitely go for the burger!! Same goes for breakfast, we chose the buffet and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and hot. Hilton is definitely doing something right, the staff here were some of the most friendly, personable, and helpful staff we have ever encountered in a hotel. Literally from housekeepers coming into work, to maintenance staff in the hallways, the front desk and restaurant EVERYONE was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone to stay here, especially if they are traveling with their pet!!

No hot tub anymore, needs to update the website. That was the main reason we chose this hotel.

It was very nice and clean.

Our jet tub could not fill up because the drain was broken. The people on our hall were so loud and noisy we heard them several times in the evening. The website shows a hot tub but it is no longer available and is just a sitting Are.

We left shortly before checkout and I saw the housekeepers in the hallway, we didn’t even get to the stop light and I realized I forgot my jewelry box that had over $1200 worth of jewelry in it. We turned around and the housekeeper was waiting for the elevator when I stepped off to take it to the front desk! I was so thankful, I thanked her like 10 times. Good honest people.

The beer could have been colder at the hotel bar. And change the oil that the pork tenderloins are fried in.

The beds were so comfortable. They were just the right mix of soft and firm. It was a very quiet room, even though the location is right next to the interstate.

Softball weekend

The location was great - several places to shop/eat in the area.

The room was climate controlled or the air was broken. The room was on 71 when we arrived, turned thermostat down to 66 and it stayed on 71. I couldn’t sleep bc I was so hot and turned the thermostat as low as 58 and still never got any cooler. The rooms were clean but everything in the hotel was dated and the hallways smelled kind of musty.
