Newly refurbished but terrible design. Never again...

Great location

The rooms are newly refurbished but are a really bad design. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have the television at 90 degrees to the bed got it hopelessly wrong. It was impossible two watch from the bed! Who wants that? There is an obvious opportunity to move the bed to the adjoining wall if the TV has to be in that position. Plus.... the air conditioner was as loud as a jet engine. The fridge is also very noisy. It's impossible to sleep on the room without turning the air con off. Unfortunately the above is a deal breaker for me and wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The walk-in shower was great. Breakfast was very good. The rate made it the best value for a stay close to Fort Lauderdale airport.

Definitely not up to par with what a Hilton property should be.

Location was good. In a corporate complex, but close to gas and restaurants. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating.

The hotel should have been more upfront about what amenities were or weren't available. Half of the hotel was under construction and a majority of the amenities weren't available. They had one washer and dryer at the property, but both were extremely old and working only sporadically.

Well, I didn't like was the pool wasn't well-maintained. Despite seeing a guy sweeping through the pool before entering, there was still a lot of debris in the pool, so I wasn't able to get in while visiting. On both of my stay. Other than that everything else was grand breakfast was awesome. Whoever made those waffles, cinnamon waffles. They deserve a raise.

Property is under a bit of construction. Very loud hammer noises early in the mornings. Woke us up… a work in progress is where every hotel should stay. The construction, I’m sure was necessary, the noise in our room did not ruin our stay. We love Hampton Inn!

The lobby and kitchen area were clean enough. Lots of freshener and that can sometimes mean they’re masking odors. Unfortunately the freshener would have gone a long way in our room.

A lot. We got the worst room on the property. Right above the lobby, right by the elevator, blind was not working so we had bright outside lights all night, room did not smell clean (likely the carpeting), bed covering looked old and very used, and to boot, they couldn’t be bothered to remove a shower chair that was shoved under the bathroom vanity. Wait, let’s not forget the decrepit shape the shower is in.

The location was good and the room was quiet.

The shower had no water pressure and made a very loud noise when it was first started. The refrigerator was ill fitting in the cabinet and the plate in the tiny microwave didn't fit correctly. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. Lots of trash around the property.

Best South Fl Stay

From the warm greeting until checkout everything was great! The customer service was awesome, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and check out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again.

They were in the middle of renovations so what i didnt like was minimal and not worth mentioning.
