Ok for a quick stay

I liked the price and location.

Bathroom light kept flickering like a strobe light. So I left it off the entire stay. The ton filled with water despite the stopper being engaged. There were visible roaches. The bed was wobbly like it was 2 twin mattresses instead of 1 king. A few of the outlets didn't work. Which caused me to have dead devices.

Dirty and definitely needs lots of TLC

The bed was comfy, and the pillows were nice a firm.

The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The tub didn't fully drain. There were a lot of rust stains on and around the tub. When I checked in there were no big towels to use after showering. There was a large space between the door and the door jam. I could see right out into the hallway, and I'm sure someone could look right in if I didn't cover it up.

We just needed a place to sleep. Otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

The location.

The food was very basic, not a variety. The scrambled egg had a weird texture. One of my Amazon packages got lost. Very thin walls, too noisy. And facilities were outdated. Not sure if the sheets were clean. Oh and the AC was very very very very noisy and had a weird smell, it sounded like an old truck.

Extremely unclean the carpet is sticky. It is obvious it has never been cleaned. The bath tub would n’t drain. You have to leave a notice you want it clean but they never told me until the day I left. It is not clean at ALL

Location and staff were friendly. I am concerned with protocol when you have plumbing issue. To inform customers that you're working on it is unacceptable and other accommodations should have been provided.

The staff was very courteous and helpful but I will not be returning.

They didn't meet my expectations with the room not as clean as it should have been. Maintenance has to come in and fix showerhead while we were getting dressed for a funeral service.

disappointing experience

It has a good location

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient. I also asked for the TV remote and was told they didn't have any batteries, but they never gave it to me. The coffee maker didn't work either, and the bathtub was rusty. Given the situation, the experience was very poor. I would have liked to have given it the lowest possible rating.

Room 219 was way better than the other rooms we had before.

I had a place to stay.

Davia had a poor attitude like she was being bothered. And Beyonze if that is how to spell her name, my key somehow got deprogrammed and I went to the front desk and she said please stop putting the key by your phone and I will come with you to your room if you think someone was in there.

Customer service was great. Kerly, I hope I am spelling her name correctly was exceptional. The parking was ample.

I didn;t like the fact that the access to the hotel was horrible. Parking in the back, you have to walk to the front entrance to enter the building. Access through other doors were unavailable, which was a major inconvenince for handicapped indivuals. The room smelled moldy and the tv in the bedroom didn't work.

I was returning back to the property in the evening around 12:30 am and it was a large dog unleashed in between parked cars in the parking lot. The dog came towards us, and kept on going. This isn't a good look. Put up writing signs saying dogs must be on leash and with owner walking the dog 🐕
